ElE House is a property located in the middle of a deer preserve. The Keys deer are federally protected and though authorities urge human trespassers of this amazing natural retreat to avoid contact, the deer don't seem to be nearly as stressed as they wander through your yard. I'v even been woken by one which nuzzled my ear while I was sunning by the canal.
The house is constantly being upgraded. New beds, linens, HD Flat screen with bluray and surround sound, new furniture, appliances, wide plank wood floors and brand new kitchen. Everything has been custom built so that cleaning is a snap. This is one house that has no dust under the beds or cabinets!

I was so impressed with this rental and with the owner who really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. This rental is very clean and decorated so nicely with all the amenities. It is super comfortable and in a very chill and laid back location two streets down from the ocean. If you want to feel more like a local and less like a tourist, this place is for you. It is about a 12 minute drive away from the main highway. There are bike paths right outside of the neighborhood if you like to bike. If you like to fish, this is ideal location. Rent the boat and fish, fish, fish. The Key Deer were so cool to watch and you really do start to know them so well you want to start naming them. The sunsets are spectacular in the screened in porch overlooking the channel. And the gourmet kitchen was a major plus for me because I love to cook! And just a little detail but it had great TV and internet which was important to us because we had to work a little too while were were here. We really enjoyed our time and will be coming back. It was exactly what you imagine when you think of a place to get away for a vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, pet owners, age 55+.

About the owner: I am a photographer / programmer residing in Miami Beach. This is the first home I have owned. When I saw it I knew that I loved it. Prior to working as a photographer I was a carpentry contractor on high profile projects for the likes of Harrison Ford, Cynthia Gregory, Lena Horn, etc ... and will be applying those skills with the help of my girlfriend (who is a designer) to create a luxurious retreat for our guests as well as ourselves.

Quite Simple - There is no other place like it in the world. If you want to be in the midst of nature, among wildlife, clean air, beautiful sunsets, then this is your place.
The Unique Benefits at this Chateau / Country House:
For me, its all about relaxing. However if you want to have a little fun with your human counterparts, Key West is only 30 minutes drive away. Warning, even one weekend at this property and you may not be able to face the rat race again.
