I arrived at the studio apartment to a terrible smell. Must have been cat urine. There were no towels. No hangers and the bed had no proper blanket, just a decorative hard covering with a thin sheet underneath. And the bed quality was horrible. Beyond soft. I actually have a bad back from sleeping there for 8 nights. AC was also very loud. There was no Internet and no cable the first day. They did fix those 2 things, but the overall experience was unpleasant.Owner response: We always strive to provide guests with a comfortable stay and we regret any instances when we do not live up to the high standards of our valued guests. Any issues with a property that a travler encounters we work to resolve as quickly as possible and compensate our guests for any inconveniences. In this particular instance our guest was refunded the cleaning fee. Based upon our guests feedback we have corrected any issues in the suite.

I'd like to echo my review from last year!! This place never disappoints. The owners again were extremely helpful and were very attentive to our needs. This time around we were able to spend more time at the pool area which is both luxurious and comfortable. During our in and outs of the building everyday, we constantly ran into friendly people who were very welcoming. Another great feature of this condo that bears mentioning is the sound-proof patio doors. There's always a lot of activity on Biscayne Blvd...however with this awesome feature you are unfazed! Everything about my experience at 50 Biscayne was nothing short of FANTASTIC! This unit was perfect! Everything was as described..including the breathtaking view of the Miami Marina. Among our many adventures on our trip, we spent a lot of time at Bayside Marketplace which is one of our favorite hang out spots. You couldn't ask for a better location. The unit was very clean and the building is tightly secured. I was initially concerned about having to drive my car up and down from the 8th floor everyday, until I learned of the 24 hour valet service which was wonderful. Jeremy was extremely helpful and answered all of my questioned. He was very easy to work with and there was no hassle. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Staying at the Park Suites/50 Biscayne made our vacaction that much more memorable and we will be back! Thanks for everything!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, pet owners.

I stayed in this unit in March 2011. It was clean, well-maintained and exactly as described. The building had great amenities, and parking was free and easy. The location was excellent - footsteps away from Walgreens, CVS and places to eat. The balcony provided great entertainment overlooking Bayside Park and it's activities and events.There can be some night noise, however, from the restaurant below, and if there are concerts across the street. The owner was responsive and helpful at all times. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay downtown, yet near Brickell, and Miami Beach also.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

My recently married wife and I are both graduate students and don't have a lot of money so we saw this as an affordable honey moon that would be somewhat luxurious for our standards. It was great! We saw the fireworks on the 4th from the balcony while droves of crowds struggled below to get a spot close to the water. From the balcony we also saw skydivers jump into the bay, acrobatic helicopters, and crazy flying inventions crash into the water during the Red Bull Flugtag!Listened to live music every night by the bay front pier (2 minutes away walking).The apartment was clean, stylish and very close to almost any other part of Miami. The pool is amazing, huge, (we felt like movie stars) and very few people. The work out room with a bay view, on site/on floor parking! I don't know what else to say accept that you will not be disappointed with this place. Both my wife and I had the best vacation ever. We have now set our hearts on someday living in Miami.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! The location is a great downtown location. It is right across from the Bayside Marketplace with lots of places to eat. Also, it is right next to the downtown public transportation which we used daily to go to other areas of the city. The condo has wonderful amenities. It was a nice place to relax with a fantastic view. The building had 24 hr. concierge service that was great help to us as well.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

I came to Miami for a mini-vacation/Spinning conference. This unit was conveniently located to where my conference was located, and there was a metro mover right outside to get me to other places I couldn't walk to. After a long day at my conference, I'd go sit in the hot tub/swim/lay out by the pool. I do hope this unit will be available when I come back next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The condo was superior with view of the port of Miami. It was comfortable and clean just like you expect in a 5 star hotel. We recommend this to anyone such as us attending the Miami Boat Show as it was so convenient.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.
