Nestled in the beachside community of Lanikai in Kailua, this home is over 1500 sq ft, is beautifully appointed and has all the creature comforts you expect from an upscale, beachside home. This is a fully contained, separate 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a full country kitchen and a large dining area. There is a caretakers unit downstairs. The home is fully furnished from light bulbs, TV, DVD player, books, movies, an initial supply of paper products, linens, games, novels, pots & pans, dishes to all cooking utensils in a fully equipped, large, country-style kitchen,
The exterior entrance decking is made from ipe hardwood and the interior stairway is Brazilian cherry wood. We have a very large monkey pod tree that spans 2 properties and is home to large number of song birds (manu mele) - our morning serenade!!
It is a 5 minute walk to the world famous Lanikai beach which is the best swimming beach in all of Hawai’i. The town of Kailua is a 7 minute drive so we’re close to shopping, some great restaurants and the Kailua Beach Center which has kayaks and other ocean toys. The property is managed by life long Hawaii residents.
