This home is steps from the beach and pool. Great location! The bedrooms being on separate floors creates nice privacy if needed. Kitchen has everything you will need for cooking (unlike some other rentals). We both enjoyed waking up and sitting on our 2nd story balcony for hours before heading to the beach! great place=great trip.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

What a fantastic vacation home. Easy access to beach. Very nice furnishings. Close walking distance to Rosemary Beach village. Our family very-much enjoyed our week-long stay at Sunset Veranda; so much so that we are planning to return next summer and in addition rent-out one of the units within the cul-de-sac. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Enjoyed our stay - home was just lovely. Everything we needed - comfy beds, great TV's - loved the veranda - but most of all the location, location - great access to the beach and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Oh - and a great community pool. We had a perfect week - can't wait to return next year.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We have been coming down to CR 30-A for decades and must say that our stay in the Sunset Veranda this spring was one of the very best. This visit, it was just three of us and the property was great. The photos on VRBO do not do this property justice. The house is just perfect and the gated community makes it worry free. The walk to the beach and heated pool is a breeze, only steps away. And many great restaurants and shops are a stroll or easy bike ride away. Melisa was also a pleasure to work with. We will absolutely consider staying at Sunset Veranda again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

My wife and I recently (July 2011) shared with another couple. Both BRs are spacious, as are the baths (and the showers worked well!). Clean, attractive property and owner was very pleasant to deal with...from the outset, Melissa was open and accommodating. Pleasant. effective security and literally only about 200 steps from the beach, with no road to cross. We were lucky to have only one day with rain, and on that day, the ample veranda was perfect for an afternoon of reading. Within easy walking distance to shops and restaurents of Rosemary Beach. Give it a try - we think you'll be pleased.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
