This beautiful two bedroom, two bath villa is located within the beach community of Litchfield By The Sea. Just a short two minute walk to the beach, this villa offers a relaxing, quiet time at the beach with incredible ocean, salt marsh and lake surroundings.
Litchfield By the Sea provides seven lighted tennis courts, bike trails, a large swimming pool and 24 hour gated security. A Spa and fitness center is nearby and available for a daily or weekly fee. Golf is premiere here with 20 golf courses within a 15-minute drive and over 100 courses in the Myrtle Beach area.
The area has wonderful restaurants and quaint, unique shopping. Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Plantation tours, scenic rice fields with marsh vistas, gorgeous moss draped oak trees and gorgeous beaches embody the historic Pawley’s Island area.
The villa has one bedroom on the main level with a full bath, kitchen, dining room, den area (complete with sleeper sofa) and deck. The spacious master bedroom is located upstairs complete with full bath.
You will experience all the comforts of home in one of the coast’s most beautiful areas offering the opportunity for a quiet, tranquil get away or, if so inclined, plenty of activities including extravaganzas and theme parks in the Myrtle Beach area.

Litchfield is one of our favorite places and we love this property. The owners have been wonderful to interact with, always helpful and very f;lexible. The property location is great and very comfortable. You won't find a better value in Litchfield. Property is always clean, well equipped and ready for our family. We love it! We highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have stayed twice at this rental. It has a great location within a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was comfortable, clean and loaded with things that make a vacation easier (beach chairs, bikes, sand toys, umbrellas). It was just updated with new carpet, counches and appliances. We are planning on returning this summer. I would highly recommend this rental for families wanting a low key beach vacation.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
