Nestled near Naples on southwest Florida's Marco Island, this gated South Seas Condominium offers everything you'll need for an exotic, tropical, vacation - including an owner on Marco Island who is available 24/7 any time of year.
Located directly on the beach, this preferred south/west-facing unit is one of the larger units, with incredible beach, pool and Gulf water views on one side, as well as picturesque Marco Island on the other.
Enjoy lifetime memories from your balcony. Collect shells in the warm waters of a crescent shaped beach-lagoon adjacent to your vacation home.
All new furniture throughout the entire unit. The living room is elegantly decorated. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances. The master bedroom contains a king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. Queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. The South Seas has a heated swimming pool, and an exercise room. Free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet in the unit.

Boat dock rentals are available on a per-night basis.

The South Seas is adjacent to Tigertail Beach, a picturesque thirty-one acre natural preserve and shorebird nesting area. Tigertail Beach offers a picnic area with grills. There is a concession that rents inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats, which can be used to explore a tropical lagoon.

Marco Island is a warm, family oriented community that you will enjoy any time of year.

Activities: Parasailing, catamaran and jet-ski rentals are available on the beach. Golf, sailing and bicycle/scooter rentals are near by on Marco Island.

There are many excellent restaurants offering a variety of cuisines.

Within 30 minutes driving distance are air boat tours, and the famous Williams Roadside Park, which offers exciting views of Florida alligators in their natural habitat. Floridians travel hundreds of miles to show this popular attraction to friends and relatives, so it's an adventure you'll not want to miss.
Area: Airports:
1/2 hour to Naples; 1 hour to Ft. Myers; 1 1/2 hours to Ft. Lauderdale; and 2 hours to Miami. For private aircraft, there is the Marco Island Airport which has fuel for all aircraft, including jet fuel.
Note: Major car rental agencies in Florida allow rentals from one Florida airport to be dropped-off at another Florida airport with no drop charge. If your family's best airfare is to Miami, for example, renting a car in Miami with a drop in Naples costs no more than the local rental fee.

Thank you for your warm hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here on Marco. We've learned that all the fun things to do start with an "S" 1) Swimming with dolphins! 2) Strolling on the beach at Sunrise. 3) Shelling for Sand Dollars. 4) Shopping at Esplanade & Town Center (I did check out the Lily Sale at Spinnaker's too!) 5) Shore birds - each day we watched the Snowy Egrets, Sea Gulls, Sand Pipers, Skimmers, Osprey, Ibis, Blue Herons, and the Pelicans! (Don't forget to look for Frigate Birds Soaring!) 6) Sweet Annie's - wonderful sugar free fat free ice cream (really). The owner, Gary Bebe, is an entertaining shop keeper! 7) Watching the Summer Storms roll in from the ocean was spectacular. The lightning was a real "Show." Hopefully we will have the opportunity to do this again.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Thank you for a warm welcome with the cards... The condo was really comfortable and clean. The view was just so beautiful. Everything was just perfect, thank you. For sure we’re coming back to the same place.

Thank you for the great week spent at your condo. It was very comfortable. Felt like home – but with better views! The beach was beautiful, the water clean and warm. We even enjoyed some time by the pool. We did have a few rainy days but we escaped one day for a trip to Siesta Key! What a gorgeous place... We also rented scooters which allowed us to explore the island – We found a great restaurant called CJ’s on the bay – Great sunset views outside dinning, live music on Thursdays... We look forward to our return! Thank you again!

We took our 18 month old son on our first family vacation and this was a gorgeous spot. Secluded, quiet, and beautiful views. We did not have to worry about safety in this highly secure condo with quick access to grocery stores and a lot of great restaurants. Bob was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating in responding to emails and phone calls. NOTE to first time renters. It was a huge benefit having an owner that lives on the island! This is a rare occurrence but a very nice perk.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Thank you for making our first trip to Marco Island so special. The condo was perfect for us and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We enjoyed walking on the beach and looking for sand dollars. The weather was perfect while we were here. Wish we could take it back to Maine. Thank you also for the...note cards. What a beautiful job she does. She is a very talented lady! Now that we know what a beautiful place Marco Island is, hopefully we will be able to return next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Everything we needed was here and more! Thanks for the...note cards – We appreciated the nice touch. The beach was amazing with the best shells we’ve ever seen. Thanks for passing on the suggestion to go to the bridge over Sweet Water Strand in the Everglades. We saw many alligators up close including an 8 footer on the roadside. The birds and herons were amazing. Better wildlife than we saw on the airboat ride. We’re all relaxed and rejuvenated to get back to our busy lives in Michigan.

We really enjoyed the views, scenery, and wonderful weather! The beaches are beautiful. This condo is very nice and accessible to everything on Marco Island. I’m sorry we have to leave today.

We enjoyed our week on Marco Island and in your condo!! Great view and easy walk to the beach. Grand daughter Sara enjoyed building sand castles, finding shells, and jumping the waves...never get tired of the balcony & view. We did get to Goodland, the Naples Pier, Tin City, Joey’s Pizza, and Sunsets.

Our trip to Marco was great. We spent lots of time at the beach... Activities we enjoyed were the Everglades Airboat ride and a trip to Miami... Some really good food places in the area consist of Joey’s Pizza... Ne Ne’s. and Margarita’s. Thanks for the wonderful condo.
