  The owner is great and the condo is in a great location. This is perfect for 2 or 3 people of any age. The Park City transit stop is at the end of the sidewalk in front of the building, so there is absolutely no reason to rent a car if you stay here. I took my 12 year old son for a spring break ski trip, and this was a perfect place to stay.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  This was our first visit to Deer Valley. The unit was great, truly within walking distance of Snow Park Lodge and very well stocke, including cold beers in the refrigerator upon arrival! The unit is has many personal touches and amenities. The only down side that we found was the 2 flights of stairs we had to climb to get to the unit with our luggage and groceries, but we would definitely stay here again if our travels find us in the area again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

  Photos were accurate, condo is larger than appears in photos! Very easy to pick up the key, owner very responsive and great to work with. Condo is very comfortable and walkable to Snow Park Lodge, tho bus stops frequently. Kitchen is well stocked (except couldn't find knives...) but has coffee, tee, spices, even hot chocolate. Owner even stocked the fridge with water beer and wine! Gas log fireplace is easy to work, blow drier in bathroom, washer and drier located in complex but didn't need it so can't report on it Only think missing was wifi but we had a great experience.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  The location of the Condo was within about 200 yards of Snow Park and was perfect. There is even a carpark shuttle if you are tired after a great day of skiing at Deer Valley ie playing in the soft snow in the tree runs. The condo is large and plenty of room for the 3 of us, and is furnished as a home [ not as a rental unit] with excellent cooking facilities etc all as depicted in the photos. We stayed for 2 weeks straight and the unit was cleaned impecibly during this period. The view out from the condo was awesome especially watching the heavy snow falling and accumulating on all the trees around the units. The Owner was very easy going and picking up the key for the unit was very easy as it was a 5 minute stop on the way from the Airport. The bus system to the old Town Centre and supermarkets and to the other 2 ski resorts in the Park City area could not be better with the buses stopping directly outside the units every 15 mins. We would thoroughly recommend this property to other visitors wanting to walk to Snow Park and to ski in Deer Valley which is in our opinion the best of the 3 resorts in the area.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
