Went with a group of friends and we had the most amazing experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were in complete awe at the beauty & spaciousness of this home. For me, the kitchen and master bath were my favorites! We thoroughly enjoyed the sound of rain as we relaxed on the back porch with a glass of wine and the fireplace beside us. We had a great long weekend at Playmore and found the house well appointed, beautifully decorated, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Especially loved the oyster shell covered outdoor fireplace. You cannot go wrong renting this fabulous home. We cant wait to go back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a great property. We had four small children and six adults and had plenty of room. Amazing kitchen and great porches. Easy access to all the watercolor features and beach as well as watercolor crossings. Great bed room sizes and amazing bathrooms.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had three generations in the house and it was very accommodating for all ages. Its located on a very quiet street where the kids can ride their bikes safely. A large side porch is a great place to store all the beach equipment. All rooms are very spacious. The upstairs sitting area is great for the kids. Taking the pedestrian bridge provides a nice bike ride to the beach and avoids the high-traffic streets. Just a very livable house.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I recently stayed at Playmore with a group of several couples. The home was spacious, very well appointed, very clean, and had everything we needed to have a good time and a comfortable stay. Playmore is located conveniently, and we could walk to local restaurants, shopping, even the outdoor farmers market on the weekend! Trails to walk and swimming pools were nearby, so we got a little exercise in as well. I highly recommend this property. "Our stay at Playmore was an exceptional choice. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was well stocked with all the necessary kitchen essentials and ammenities for a perfect vacation. There were 2 deluxe master suites with large flat screen t.v.'s, a bunk room, and another room with twin beds -both bedrooms having a private full bath. The second floor also provided a secondary lounging space or family viewing area apart from the large family room on the first level. The kitchen, living and family room consisted of a large open and spacious area -perfect for a large group dining, entertaining and relaxing. The spacious screened in back porch was additionally used for relaxing and entertaining. It had a fireplace and large table for dining. The location was greatly enjoyed with quiet surroundings and convenient access to the Frog Pool. We LOVED our stay here!"Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were fortunate to spend 3 spring nights at Playmore. The house was large enough for everyone to have comfortable personal space and a very comfortable, gracious public area. The kitchen is nicer than my own! The decor is tasteful, cool and calm--perfect for the hot summer months and the mild winters. The house is in walking distance of all that WaterColor/Seaside has to offer--the shops, restaurants, beach. On my daily walks, I passed the tennis courts, the bike rentals, the yoga class, the grocery. Inevitably, you will run into someone you know. Carry a resort map with you--it's easy to get lost which just leads to a new adventure!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I looked for days to find the perfect vacation rental that my family would love and...I found it! The pictures do not do this house the justice it deserves! The layout of the house is amazing and the décor makes you feel as if you are in your own home. We brought my elderly parents with us who have trouble getting around and with one of the master bedrooms with a private bathroom, the living room and kitchen on the first floor it made it so easy for them to get around without having to worry about going upstairs. We loved the fact the other master bedroom had a private porch with outdoor seating. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee and quiet time out there every morning. The bedding layout was perfect as we brought our 2 sons and our daughter each of which had friends with them. We were able to put both boys and their friends in the bunk room and our daughter and her friend in the twin room. This house is incredibly located in Watercolor and allowed for easy access to all the amenities.
