Our two-bedroom, end unit sleeps six to eight and offers a sweeping, 270-degree view of Florida's beautiful, emerald waters and sugar-white, sand beach. Enjoy two private balconies - a wraparound balcony off the living room and a private balcony for the master bedroom. Perfect for relaxation, dolphin watching, or capturing a romantic sunset.

This two-bedroom, two-bath unit includes a bunk area and can sleep eight people. You can enjoy 300 feet of beautiful, sugar-white sand beach and emerald-green/turquoise waters, the large, Gulf-side pool with the largest, heated spa on the island, or the on-site fitness center overlooking the pool.

Our family had a wonderful stay; our son was tickled to have his own bedroom (bunks). Saw dolphins every morning off the balcony, would definitely stay again! Beach was great and close to Destin, it was perfect. Cathy and Charlie are great!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My idea of the perfect place to vacation: Right on the water. Close drive to everything without being in the middle of the tourist craziness Perfect breezes so you don't even need to turn on the AC. Safe. Roomy enough for my family. Attentive owner. This condo is everything we could have wanted. Thank you!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. First day there we walked out on the balcony and saw a dolphin swimming, it was awesome!! There is a couple of stores and restaurants located down the street without having to get on the main drag. Great if you don't like to deal with traffic, and I don't. The beach was wonderful not crowded at all. I would definitely recommend. Hope to go back soon. Cathy was great to deal with, very helpful.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Our two "snowbird" months were a lot of fun. The sleeping accommodations were most comfortable. Hope your future renters enjoy their stay as much as we have. Thank you again for our stay. About the owner: We have been going to Destin for over 30 years now. We purchased one of the first condos ever built in Destin and now have four different condos in the Destin/Okaloosa area. We love Destin and hope you will enjoy staying in our condo.

We live just south of the Atlanta Airport and travel to Destin is a short 5 hour drive for us. Just to sit on the white sand beach and listen to the roar of the ocean is so peaceful and breathtaking. It's a wonderful place to get away to and relax.
