About the owner: We have been vacationing in the Okanagan every summer since the kids were little. We enjoy the sunny weather, beautiful scenery, wine tours and lake activities.
Why the Owner Chose West Kelowna:
My husband grew up in the Okanagan and we always planned to eventually build a retirement home up here. In looking for ideas we found 'the Waterfront' which already had everything we could ask for, a beautiful view, location on the lake and close to amenities.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The location is fabulous! The view is what sold us -The unique nana wall opens the length of the living room providing beautiful lake and mountain views. The third floor deck provides fantastic views as well and a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Being able to walk down to the boatlift, jump in our boat and spend an afternoon touring down to Peachland or Kelowna is a great way to enjoy the summer in the Okanagan.
