Fountain Hills has several upscale golf courses, tennis courts, and world class frisbee golf course. There are also restaurants for all tastes. Fort McDowell casino is located in Fountain Hills and is a short drive from the condo.
Close enough to go into Scottsdale or Phoenix to take advantage of all the big city has to offer, then come home to a quiet refuge.

We spent the first three months of 2013 at this unit. Very well furnished, quiet complex, very close to all of Fountain Hills stores, park, library and post office. Walk to everything and in a gated complex. The unit had everything we needed and owner was very responsive whenever a question may arise. We bought our own property or would be returning to this unit next year.. I would highly recommend anyone considering visiting Fountain Hills to consider this unit, you won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
