You will be staying in a 1200 sq.ft. two-bedroom, two-bath fully furnished bungalow in beautiful Lake Ashton Golf Community.
Both of the bedrooms have queen beds and the master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has a LCD TV and a computer. The TV has cable feed and the computer has broadband internet connection. The bathroom in the master has a stand-up shower.
All rooms have ceiling fans.
The family/living room has two love seats. The black durabond leather sofa is reclining at both ends. 32" Sharp LCD TV is mounted to the wall and the angle of view can be changed to suit your needs. There are ether-net connection jacks behind the TV and another one in the enclosed porch.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you need to prepare home cooked meals. It has microwave and dishwasher.
Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Ironing board and iron can be found near the electric panel in the garage. Golf cart can be used by the tenant to go to Lake Ashton Facilities. There is also one set of golf clubs in the stand bag for the tenant's use.
There is a small barbecue set which can be used outdoors. Our home backs onto Thompson Nursery Road.
