La Loma del Atardecer (Sunset Hill) is a gorgeous, 3 story Luxury Villa overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the mountains. It is a work of art, the best architectural creation at Ocotal Beach, with a spectacular oceanview. Only 200 meters from the beach, the large, fully furnished and equipped apartment opens onto balconies through arched sliding French doors. You can sit on the terrace overlooking the ocean, and enjoy the natural breeze at the same time.
In order to fulfill your needs, you will be directly and friendly attended by the owner.
The Luxury Ocean View Rental Condo is large, fully equipped, built with great taste, Spanish tiles, rare tropical hardwoods, and wonderful colors and is available for short or long term.
It is located 25 minutes from the Liberia International Airport at Ocotal Beach, on the famous Papagayo Gulf, and 5 minutes drive from the famous Playas del Coco, that offers a large selections of restaurants, bars, shops, rental cars, Spas, supermarkets etc…
It is close to many National Parks and white sand secluded beaches. There are many great SCUBA Diving, snorkeling, sportfishing and tours to national parks and volcanoes. It is only 1h30 drive from the nicaraguan border. All these tours can be easily arranged from La Loma del Atardecer, with the most friendly and knoledgeable tour guide.

Where can i begin, this villa was amazing from the first sight. To begin with i must mention the owners who would do anything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. they toke us on guided trips inland to the wetland for a ride down a river to see the wild life. And a different week end to ARENAL volcano and rain forest to witness the different micro climates within COSTA RICA, be sure you bring cameras and binoculars. the owner was once a tour guild here so here is full of answers when you have a question about both wild life and the country itself' You will need a car rental when you are here as it is so easy to drive anywhere here. Again the grounds around the villa is beautiful and well maintained by the grounds keeper, and with all the exotic flower you have a wonderful view of birds of all sizes and colours. Again i cant thank the owners enough for making our vacation in paradise so amazing, we came as renter but feel we left as friends. THANK-YOU FOR A GREAT 4 WEEKS LEONARD and BEATRICERecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Beautiful view, great pools, quiet, excellent service, great communication, near restaurants, 5 min. walk to beach, very safe, 30' private balcony.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
