This villa has 1900+ sq. feet with a vaulted living space, wine bar, fireplace, 3 spacious bedrooms, a large loft, and 3 baths.
The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, & private bath. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and another bath. The upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, private lavatory & access to bath. The fourth loft room has four twin beds and also accesses bath.
There is an updated fully furnished kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. The dining table comfortably seats six and the kitchen table seats four.
The unit has a full size washer and dryer, with linen and towel service provided. 4 adult bikes , 2 children's bikes, 2 kayaks, & beach chairs are also included. The deck has a gas grill and table for four.
Palmetto Bay offers three world class golf courses. Inverness Village has a large swimming pool, kiddie pool, and two newly resurfaced clay tennis courts. An eleven mile lagoon passes a few feet away from the villa; perfect for fishing or kayaking.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The villa was more than we could have hoped for. If you are looking for a great place to stay on the island, you can't do any better. The villa has so much space, and the central location is perfect. Thanks for a great week!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Wow- what an awesome week at Hilton Head. The weather was great too but with the way the villa was equiped, we could have just hung out in the villa all day and night and it still would have been great. Our family of 5 and another family of 5 enjoyed all of the benefits the villa and location offered. We rode bikes every day to and from the beach, kayaked numerous times, enjoyed the pool, golfed, grilled out, watched movies, enjoyed dinner on the back porch nightly and in general just relaxed the whole week. Our families had 4 adults and 6 kids and we all slept comfortably and as a bonus, the kids were in control of the upstairs and the adults were downstairs - everyone was happy! Each family took turns cooking each night followed by a bike ride on the beach and ice cream on the back deck. This was most definitely the most relaxing and enjoyable beach trip we have taken since we had kids (15 years). Mike and Laura have done an incredible job of decorating, renovating and stocking this villa and we all are looking forward to going back in the years to come.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

My family and another family (4 adults, two young children total) stayed here last summer and we have just re-booked for this summer. VERY well stocked from top to bottom, from the kitchen utensils to the recreation supplies like bikes, beach toys, etc. The townhouse is an easy bike ride to the beach and the end unit makes for a quiet time. We used the grill on the porch almost every night. Lovely, and very family-friendly. The addition of an upstairs bathroom will make it even more so this summer.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Laura and I live in Mooresville, N.C., 20 miles north of Charlotte and a 5 hour drive from HH. Laura is a nurse anethesist & I am a retired builder. We purchased the villa in October and started major renovation and Laura offered her decorating expertise. It's been exciting and a labor of love. We visit at least one week a month to work, and then just enjoy everything HH has to offer. We look forward to sharing it with friends, family, and guests over the summer........ Mike Julian

We looked at properties at several beaches on the N.C. & S.C. coast for two years, but Hilton Head stood out.
