This condo has been totally remodeled. Its location, on the beach side of the resort, within walking distance to the beach, makes it a prime vacation rental property.
The open area with kitchen, dining room and living room offers plenty of room for gathering with friends. With an abundance of space and all of the 'tools' you would need to prepare everything from a quaint dinner for two to a feast for many, the kitchen is sure to please. The Televisions in this condo have all been upgraded to flat screens and there are blue ray DVD in all rooms as well. We also offer free WIFI.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, two closets. The extra large master bath has a double vanity, with a newly renovated walk-in shower.
The second master bedroom also has a queen bed and the bathroom has a newly renovated walk-in shower.
The third guest room has 2 twin beds and an adjoining private entry bathroom with a tub/shower.
Sit outside and watch as the golfers play through the long fairway just outside your back door or just sit and relax and look at the lake and fountain located directly outside your back door. The patio screens are retractable for even more enjoyment on the new extended patio area.
There is also a small courtyard in the front of the house with a small sitting area to enjoy coffee in complete privacy.
The Finz restaurant, the Hilton hotel with the Serenity Spa and Seagar's famous Steak Club are located just across the street.
Tivoli has a pool exclusively for the use of their guests.
Of course let's not forget the unforgettable sugar white sands and turquoise waters of the emerald coast just minutes from this charming condo.

I would just like to say that our stay here was wonderful. The pictures don't do the condo justice. We walked in and felt at home instantly. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5 and it was also very clean. Thanks for opening up your home and we will definitely return!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at the villa for a week and had a wonderful time. The villa is very nice it is exactly as the pictures plenty of room. Located on the golf course there are ducks in the water out back that came up to our patio door in the mornings also close to the beach we could have walked but we chose to drive just was easier with all our gear and stuff. The resort is also very nice. We would stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We travel to this area every year, and this has been our favorite condo! It is very roomy, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location at Sandestin. The pool is great, golf course out the back door, and the beach is a short walk from the condo. Plus, you can drive up and walk into the condo...no hi-rise elevators and parking garages to deal with! We loved this fabulous condo, and it is a great value! Thanks so much, and we will see you next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

When we normally rent from VRBO we do a Gulf view/On the Beach. This time being that we were looking to move to this area and my husband had a meeting we decided to try something a little different. In this unit you are sitting on lucious landscape view of the 13th Fairway. I did not want to leave. I am not a golfer but enjoyed Tivoli very much. Quiet, pet friendly, clean, close to everything. The Lanai on this unit is large and just perfect for relaxing. If you take the back walk it will lead you a short cut to the beach(5 minute walk). We were able to take our dogs everywhere around the Resort. I love to play putt putt and even the putt putt course LOOKS easy on the Resort~~IT IS NOT~~ which made it that more fun! The private pool is just steps away from the unit. If we were not moving here I would definetly be back to stay at this dream vacation unit. Plenty of room for kids, pets and friends:) On an additional note Bette gave us much information about the area and was a big help with our last minute plans changing. She is even continuing to help us after our stay is over. THANKS BETTE!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
