Welcome to our wonderful condo at the beach! The view from our 12th floor unit is magnificent…the Gulf, Perdido Bay, the boats, the colorful sunsets and the night lights draw us to the 592 square foot balcony to enjoy it even more. The balcony is equipped with three chaises, a dining table and eight chairs so you can relax or entertain and dine while enjoying the mesmerizing views.
Caribe is a secure, gated resort with 24 hour security only 30 miles from Pensacola airport. There is covered parking for one vehicle just steps from the elevator and 2nd car parking available on a parking deck a few feet from the lobby entrance. Lush landscaping surrounds you and the amenities are a wonderful experience for all ages, families, couples and seniors. The resort includes tennis courts, bocce courts, putt-putt, a professional grass putting green, hot tubs, multi-level outdoor pools with slides, a lazy river, heated indoor pools, fitness centers, fishing in the bay and a shuttle to the beach if you choose not to take the short walk. There are tennis racquets and putters available at the front desk. There is also a restaurant next door, an easy walk along the bay from the condo.
If you want to explore the area there are many activities within a short drive, including a large outlet mall and many other shops, deep sea fishing, boating, wildlife viewing, sightseeing, sailing, jet skis, kayaking, live theater and other activities.
Our 2102 square foot condo is expansive and sleeps eight with three bedrooms, three baths and a media room with a large flat screen TV and a queen sleep sofa. The huge master bath has decorator painted walls, a jetted tub, separate shower, two sinks and a very large walk-in closet for all your belongings. The master has a king bed and the other beds are queen sized. The large fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and Kitchen Aid appliances for those who want to dine in. Adjacent to the kitchen is a wet bar with an ice maker. Each bedroom, the media room and the living room have flat screen TV’s, DVD players and ceiling fans. The unit has high speed internet with a wireless router.
We use a professional, on-site management company who will take care of your every need, from questions to making your booking, all through your stay and after. You will still be renting through us, the owners, but we want your every need taken care of because we will not be there to assist you. We were 2 families of 4 (4 adults, 4 children). This condo is so spacious and beautiful. The photos are very accurate. I was very impressed with the decorations, furniture, and the cleanliness of this condo. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed being able to overlook the pool and the beach. I can't say enough about our satisfaction in renting this condo. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
