Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: My wife and I are both still working full time. We purchased the condo in 2004 to use as a get away from the daily hustle and bustle. Working in the field of education we come down to Florida on school vacations and in the summer. We consider our condo at Heritage Palms our little piece of paradise.
Why the Owner Chose Heritage Palms:
After visiting our parents for many years in Cape Coral we finally decided to purchase a vacation condo of our own in Fort Myers. Upon visiting Heritage Palms, we fell in love with the property. Living in the northeast we decided to furnish our condo in a light airy beach theme. We truly feel that we are on a tropical vacation whenever we come down to our own piece of heaven in Florida. Because we are both working we try to make the trip as often as possible.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
While staying at our condo we enjoy golfing, exercising, swimming, and socializing. There are always activities going on and dinner parties at the club house. At the Tiki Bar and pool area there is casual dinning and a variety of tasty exotic drinks served in a delightful tropical atmosphere.
