This is our newest condo at Shoreline Towers. We could have bought anywhere in Destin, but we keep staying in Shoreline Towers for a reason - it's awesome. We have 'Make an Offer' promotion on our properties (summer dates are pretty firm). Send us an email for the week you want and your offer price and we will respond to all offers. All reasonable offers will be considered --- in these economic times, we have the flexibility to work with our guest. Our newest condo is an oversized 1425 square foot, beautifully renovated condo right on the Gulf of Mexico --- Gulf Front. If your trip is within 30 days, we offer really great discounts. You may see the dolphins play and the fishing boats run by from the large balcony. Shoreline Towers is a private (24 hour security) complex with one of the largest private beaches in Destin with NO streets to cross. Shoreline Towers features tennis courts, swimming pool, clubhouse, exercise room, with beach chair and umbrella rentals. Shopping and great restaurants are within easy walking distance. Also - stay connected... Wi-Fi internet access is free for our guest for the whole complex!

Only a few FEET TO THE BEACH WITH NO STREETS TO CROSS is a plus for families with small children. No crossing busy Highway 98 to get to the beach. Take a dip in the heated pool, stroll on the beach, play a game of tennis, or walk to one of the restaurants or family attractions - no matter what you do, you are bound to have fun.
The bedrooms feature a king-size in the master and two queen beds in the guest room. There is a air mattress and cot that can be set up in the family room for 2 more sleepers, this condo sleeps six to eight comfortably. Three TV's, DVD, and a cabinet of games and puzzles are for those days when you've had too much sun.
Located on prized Gulfshore Drive in the Heart of Destin, just a short drive to a luxury outlet mall or Gulfarium, some of the finest golf courses in the south and definitely the best little fishing village with amusement parks and miniature golf make this area fun for everyone.
The view from the balcony and the sound of the ocean is unforgettable. Take the elevator to the bottom and step out on the whitest beaches and into the bluest of waters and one of the few beaches where you can see both a sunrise and a sunset over the water.
