Brian, the place is just wonderful! Elegant yet comfortable. The views are incredible. The condo is emasculate which is very important. We are only in our first week, and, already are sad about going home. The property is incredible and the service of the wait staff is wonderful. We can't wait to come back! have just returned from a lovely week in palm beach at this well maintained, well stocked condo. the views were exceptional, the staff extremely helpful. Very convenient to most local attractions, zoo, safari botanical gardens, golf. Pools, beach, exercise facility and restaurant all earned top marks as well. Hope to return.

I am writing this knowing that it might make my next rental more difficult. The condo is not only nice , it is is impecable. The sunsets from the balcony on the 21th floor were more than expected. And I have been a regular visitor to Singer Island for the last 25 years. Everything, from the design of the condo to the kids beach toys, the helping staff of the Ritz Carleton, the best beach in South East Florida.... Why go elsewhere ??? Thanks Brian.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo on Singer Island. The view from the condo is just beautiful and the amenities were well thought out. We were lacking for nothing as everything we needed was there for us. The pool areas and beach were exceptional as were the staff at the Ritz Carlton Residence. We will certainly return again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful place that you will want to return to again! And we really appreciated the owner working with us as our return flights to New Jersey were cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy. It is that personal touch that makes all the difference and one that really hit home with all of us.

We visited this beautiful condo in October. We found everything exactly as described. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Everything was in good condition and very clean. The two pools were lovely and we particularly enjoyed the hot spas. The poolside restaurant was good and it was great having lunch by the pool. The owner was very professional to deal with and provided a good information pack. It was lovely to have the space of a condo with the Ritz Carlton services. Our only regret is that we didn't stay long enough to use the movie theatre.

This is our second time in this condo. In fact the whole family fell in love with this place. It is located on the beach with cleanest water and coral reefs under your feet,bring underwater camera for snorkeling, 2 swimming pools and a restaurant on sight with great menu, has the best security and Ritz service you can imagine, 10 minutes drive from the best shopping mall called Gardens, cinema theatre and a carusel for kids downtown. Whole foods, organic grocery stores. The condo itself is great on its own, you'd want to buy one for yourself. The owner constantly updates it. It looked new when we came second year around. Everything is working and sparkling clean, although ,I suspect, it gets abused with every occupant. I cover chairs with towels to prevent oily fingerprints on the fabrick. If you rent it, please, take care of it. On top of it all, you'll meet realy nice people who work there and those who actualy live there!

The area is beautiful and not so crowded. The condo was spotless, beautiful and comfortable. Loved the mattress and pillows in master bedroom. Very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the all the basics we needed....even some spices. The Ritz-Carlton building and grounds were sparkling clean. The staff was polite, welcoming and helpful. The pools were surrounded with comfortable lounge chairs and tents which is important for a fair-skinned person like me. Our stretch of beach was quiet with great chairs. No crowds anywhere. All four of us agree that unit 2106B is a perfect place to stay! As for food, Johnny Longboats' has great chicken kabobs. We grilled by the pool and the grills were wonderful. Thanks, Brian, for making the reservation process easy!

The condo at the ritz was more beautiful than the pictures could have depicted. It was clean, stocked with every amenity you could need on your vacation, and had all the comforts of home. Singer island was a nice private area and the pools and beaches of the Ritz a perfect escape. The infinity pools were beautiful and not overcrowded during our time there. We had not been to this particular area of Florida, but were impressed with its proximity to Palm Beach, Delray Beach and Ft. lauderdale. We ventured out often and were not taxed by the travel. I would recommend staying in this condo to anyone. It was reasonably priced, very secure and the owners provided excellent service through their guide left in the condo. I would also recommend if you stay, you venture to the close island towns as we found excellent restaurants close by. We hope to return soon with our families.

What a wonderful time my family and I had at your beautiful home. We began and ended our days on the terrace enjoying the view. Our biggest decisions were where do we move to next, the beach, pool 1 or pool 2. The staff at the Ritz Carlton could'nt do enough for us. A big thank you to them for making us feel so welcome. We enjoyed the barbeque, Social Room and the restaurant.( there just was'nt time to take advantage of the media room, although we did look in and will use it next time. ) You thought of everything Brian, all the comforts of home in a 5 star resort. Thank you so much for our best vacation yet. We are making plans for our next visit.

This was our first time renting this condo although we have stayed on Singer Island many times. This condo is extremely beautiful. The staff at the Ritz was excellent and very helpful. Brian was very helpful during the rental process as he answered all of our questions. The views from the condo and amenities of the condo and the facility are second to none and should be seen as the pictures do not do this place justice. I would definitely plan to come back with my family. Thanks Brian !!

A TRUE VACATION

We recently got back form a week stay at your beautiful condo. It was gorgeous and comfortable. The view was great from the large terrace. The pools were amazing: I spent many hours on the top pool just reading on the comfortable covered sofas. The bottom infinity pool was preferred by most of my group probably for the ocean view- it was magnificent! I wish we would have taken advantage of the theater room but we couldn't agree on a movie that would be better than the pool or ocean. Bring your own DVD or Blueray to play in your very own movie theater (more comfortable than a movie theater actually). The concierge and the gate people couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The ocean was good but a bit of a workout (lots of waves and an undertow); the little ones can stay closer to shore where it's not a big problem. Wondering about food? When we didn't feel like cooking in that gorgeous kitchen, we would go to a little french cafe near Publix called Paris in Town- the croissants melt in your mouth! And Miami is only 1hr 15 min away! The bedrooms were very comfortable and my daughter didn't have any complains about sleeping in the little den. The only drawback was that whoever sleeps in the sofabed in the living room will wake up with the sun- but just put your early riser there or bring eye covers. Our family has always picked a different place in Florida to vacation and this has been the very first time that we have all said we would like to return. We'll look into the possibility of renting 2 condos (my sister and her family stayed at a different hotel-- of course it was only used for sleeping. Brian do you have a 2nd condo?

The condo was fabulous; very clean, nicely decorated, everything is provided for you. The views are fabulous, beach and pools are wonderful. The staff are professionals, very polite and helpful. The owner was great to work with. My husband and I are already talking about coming back next year. Simply the BEST!

Just returned from our stay at this amazing West Palm Beach Condo. The photos do not do it justice. It had everything you needed inside and out. The beach and pools were great and it was really quiet so at times we had the pool to ourselves. Had dinner on the grills by the pool as well which was very fun for the kids. The staff was always helpful and very friendly. The accommodations themselves were outstanding. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen had everything you would need. The view of the bay was also great! Thank you for sharing your amazing property with us for our vacation! Planning to return next year! PS: Saw Leatherback Turtles hatch on the beach - Extremely Cool!

We just returned from a wonderful week at your condo. It was very luxurious and absolutely beautiful. It was everything that we hoped for and more. Great location, very comfortable, and had a view second to none. It was a true delight to sit and enjoy the Intercostal water views from the balcony, especially with a glass of wine after a day in the sun ! The condo had absolutely everything that you could possibly need and more. The kitchen is state of art, and fully equipped. The pools, hot tubs, and beach were incredible. The private movie theatre was really terrific. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds were pristine, the seating, and pool area furniture was outstanding. If you travel up Ocean Boulevard to US 1 and PGA you will find all of the stores that you could possibly need including Publix. Bring your camera and bring home the memories. We highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

Words cannot describe this wonderful condo and 5 star campus. We have stayed at a lot of condos on both sides of the state and this was by far the best! The views from every room in the condo was phenomenal and the amenities outstanding. The complex offers a state of the art theatre, which we used with our children to watch movies during the evening. Great fitness center and the two infinity pools are breath taking. Also, you have access to 4 outdoor grills, which we utilized. If you have kids I would recommend the Lion Safari, which is @ 45 minutes from the condo - felt like we were in Africa. In closing, we were elated with our decision and would go back again with no hesitation.

The pictures of the condo are beautiful but they don't even do it justice. It is decorated beautifully. Everything you might need is here. The views are breathtaking. The master suite is great,walk-in closet and the bathroom is exquisite. From the 4 TV's to the wireless internet, you won't miss a thing from the outside world. The private movie theatre, the pools, the hot tub, the pool table, the beach,everything was first class. We were bowled over. The staff here was great. We had a wonderful time. We will return here.

As was stated in earlier reviews, the pictures do not do the condo justice. The layout is great with magnificent views and access to the panoramic patio from every room. We ranged from nine to eighty-six and each of us found something unique and fun to do. Thank you for sharing 2700 North Ocean with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and recommend it without hesitation. Of particular note is the size and luxury of the accommodations. The ammenities including the grounds and the theatre are fabulous. The location is convenient to restaurants and other attractions.

The condo was everything plus more than the description. The complex is brand new and had all of the top of the line amenities. Everything was very clean and new. The views of the Interacostal especially at sunset were spectacular. The staff and concierge were very polite and helpful. The beach is a great walking beach with rental beach chairs with shade/wind covers. The pools which overlook the ocean have very comfortable couches and deck chairs. I would definately recommend it.

Where do I start?? It's kind of hard to pin-point, because EVERYTHING was so magnificent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Condo. The Condo itself was amazing, the view absolutely breath taking! The decor/ furniture was very very nice.. Kudos to the interior decorator! The king size beds were extremely comfortable. The stainless steel appliances made the kitchen even more lovely. I really felt at home during my stay. I loved the fact that there was a movie theatre, library, and a social lounge onsite. All equipped with state of the art technology and gorgeous furniture. Outside you could enjoy two beautiful infinity pools, a hot tub, and a gorgeous view of the beach. The patio furniture was also great. Colors were perfect! Where did the decorator shop? :) I would recommend this property to anyone, because you're bound to find something you like here! The only thing I would suggest would be to add a mini- mart- that way you would NEVER have to leave the site. Enjoy!!

First & foremost - as beautiful as the pictures are for this condo; they do it NO justice. Some things are just that much better in person . The condo & views were absolutely gorgeous! The condo is brand new, very spacious, with beautiful decor, very comfortable beds & was kept very clean. We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. The master bedroom had a walk in closet & whirlpool (it doesn't get any better than this!). One of my favorite features was the balcony. You can access the balcony from every single room - it spans the whole condo & overlooks the ocean & Singer Island. Even if you do not plan to do any cooking, you MUST. The kitchen was very modern, with stainless steel appliances, drawers that have an automatic close mechanism & very spacious. I wish I could trade it with my kitchen at home! The condo was also great for entertaining. We invited friends over & swam in the infinity pools & relaxed in the hot tub. We ended the day with a BBQ in the pool area (the condo had grills that we could use) & some of our friends went inside to watch sports in the adjoining sports bar area. We also went to the facilities' private movie theater which had very comfortable recliner chairs & stadium seating to watch our Batman DVD. I could go on & on. This place had everything you needed for a fun and/or relaxing vacation! If you find a reason to leave the premises, it is a short drive away from many restaurants & local attractions. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends. I am looking forward to going back for another getaway!
