Villa D’Alésia is a gem in the city of lights....It is a secret nobody can find, hidden behind a private backyard. It is like completely unexpected, you cannot presume you will find such a quiet and amazing place in the middle of the frenzy. Not a single noise will be heard .You are in the middle of Paris (rue d’Alésia in the 14th arrondissement 10 min away from the Orly airport and 3 min away from the circular highway, a walking distance form a street market and few minutes away from vibrant 5 , 6 or 8th arrondissement) , but you feel like in the countryside.
Have a cup of tea in the Japanese garden, and you can hide from the crowd..Or have a barbecue for 20 guests....and you can feel the beat of the city!
The Villa is 1930 loft carrefully renovated and decorated in elegant, luxury contemporary furniture’s design: White wooden floor, white leather couch sitting 12. All white with a 6 meter high glass wall opening directly onto the garden and a nice small terrace!
The owners are Art collectors, and the white feeling is only distracted by pieces of Contemporary Art Masters mixed with Chinese Haan antiques. Very sophisticated!
The living room (80 m2) leads to a formal dining room seating 10 guests , and the white lacquered gourmet kitchen (a dishwasher, a stove, a oven, micro wave , coffee machine and a seat in area) , also conveniently located on the same floor will provides everything a cook is looking for...
The Master quarter is located on the 2nd floor on a mezzanine overlooking the living room and the garden: Gorgeous!!
The Master quarter consists of a large bedroom along with 2 bathrooms (his and her’s ), and a closet.
The other bedrooms ( 3 plus a convertible) are located downstairs having with complete privacy 2 bathrooms (each with a large American standard shower cabin and toilet) and a direct access to the garden as well.
The house is Air conditioned and gather all the modern amenities a luxury house should ( 4 meter projector screen in the living room , 46” LCD in the master , Cable TV , DVD, High speed internet, Private phones ,spacious closet space) . Linen, towels, china and cutlery are provided.

My family of four was fortunate enough to stay a week in this magical place. Not only is it a designer's paradise in form and function, but had all the luxe amenities that we were looking for. Our two teenage boys had enough space, garden, reading and music nooks to help us all relax and the very private master suite was a very welcome cozy spot at the end of a busy day. It was so wonderful to explore the neighborhood as well with the shops and fantastic restaurants. The owner has a "book" of great things to do and see and eat here, so all is as it should be in the most beautiful city in the world. This apartment does that city justice. Also, the owner and staff took wonderful care of us. We surely hope to be back soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

We are looking for sophisticated renters , and people who love Arts. The villa displays beautiful Artworks. Not suitable for young children , and need very cautious renters.
