You are looking at a beautiful private 1200 sq. ft 2 bedroom space on the bottom floor of large home with it's own entrance, large living room, luxury bathroom, and kitchenette. Perched on an amazingly landscaped estate with a gigantic lap pool, jacuzzi, and gorgeous mountain views. Home is located on the hill of Pupukea which is one of the most sought after neighborhoods on the North Shore known for it's peace and quiet, spacious properties, and amazing views, but yet only being a 5 minute drive to the most popular surfing beaches in the world including Pipeline and Sunset Beach. Only 1 mile from the local supermarket, Foodland and 6 miles from our cute town of Haleiwa. It is newly remodeled home which has the look of a high end resort but the feeling of home. My husband and I live in the main home and are gracious and love to share our local knowledge of what to do and where to go. We have all the beach gear you need including surf boards, boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrellas, bikes, ect. Rental comes fully furnished with comfortable beds and high end linens and towels. Kitchenette consists of small refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. Also includes a Flat screen TV with DVD player and wireless internet. Everything you need to enjoy a VERY comfortable stay on the North Shore.

Lovely property. Made my friends and I experience to Oahu one to remember. Dont be shy to communicate with the owner because they are great people and will respond back to you asap. Will stay here again if i make a trip back to Oahu. Mahalo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Rates
$150-200 per night plus $100 clean fee, Weekly $1050-$1400 $200 per night in high season and all holidays. High season from October-April payment using Paypal (best safest option), cashiers check or cash. $200 damage deposit (refunded if no damage at end of stay) Deposit required 14 days in advance of 50% total rental cost 50% payment in advance, rest due on arrival Deposit refunded if rental can filled within 2 weeks of cancel
