For your outside entertaining there is a COVERED PATIO with PROPANE B.B.Q., table & chairs. There are TWO BIKES for a bike ride along the strip to the pier to watch the sunset. BEACH AND POOL SUNDRIES AVAILABLE ARE: ONE BEACH CARRY CART WITH WHEELS, SMALL COOLER, ON WHEELS, 4 CHAIRS, SAND TOYS, FLOATS, ELECTRIC PUMP, BEACH UMBRELLA, 4 BEACH TOWELS. The unit is an end unit within a 5 minute walk to beach and beach clubhouse pool(food and beverage is very reasonable). ALL SOAPS, PAPER PRODUCTS, GARBAGE BAGS, AND B.B.Q. FUEL is supplied. A very convenient pool, tennis courts and playground are behind the unit within seconds on Abbie Lane. Robin Lane pool has been converted to a salt water pool for your added enjoyment. Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a "HOME AWAY FROM HOME", family friendly, gated beach community. There are 11 pools, six tennis courts, shuffleboard, putt-putt course, security, walking trails, fitness center, (requires key)and the clubhouse on the beach, serves food at beach pool overlooking the Gulf, which is one of our favorite amenities of this resort. The car entrance is 10997 Hutchinson Boulevard. There are Pedestrian gates to the strip on Front Beach Road in the heart of it all and to the plaza, where there is bowling, arcade, restaurants, shopping and more. Once you're here you never have to use your car.

About the owner: We are a family owned unit. We all reside in and around the Atlanta area. We love the beach and hope you will too. We are a eclectic family, of various careers. The woman are all in the medical field while the men are in the corporate world and we have one son-in-law who is a firefighter. The seniors in the picture are retired. Our daughters, son and ourselves were born in Canada and we moved to Georgia in 1980. When we moved here our children were enrolled in Our Lady of Assumption Catholic School and then attended St. Pius High School. Our daughters, husband introduced us to Gulf Highlands twenty years ago. Our son-in-laws were born and raised in Georgia. One is a bulldog fan and other is a Georgia tech fan. Grandpa speaks Italian fluently, and a little French and Spanish.

We chose to buy a vacation rental in this location, because you can walk or ride bikes to shopping, entertainment, beach, pools, sports activities, restaurants, golds gym, banks, bowling, arcade, and much more. The location is fantastic. PCB is growing by leaps and bounds and our location for all conveniences gets better and better. Once your here, you don't have to use your car till you leave.
