2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath Unit. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and sitting room with DAYBED. The second bedroom has TWO TWIN size beds. There is also a QUEEN size sleeper sofa in the living room and a 47" HDTV, 5.1 STEREO SURROUND SOUND and IPOD DOCK. BROADBAND INTERNET AVAILABLE IN UNIT. For your outside entertaining there is a COVERED PATIO with PROPANE B.B.Q., table & chairs. There are TWO BIKES for a bike ride along the strip to Pier Park to shop and watch the sunset and a CHEST FULL OF BEACH GOODIES to enjoy on the beach including: Two-two wheel carry CARTS, small cooler, 6 chairs, sand toys, floats and your beach sundries. The unit is an end unit within a 5 minute walk to beach and beach clubhouse pool(food and beverage is very reasonable). All soaps, paper products, garbage bags and B.B.Q. fuel is supplied. A very convenient pool, tennis courts and playground are behind the unit within seconds on Abbie Lane. Robin Lane pool has been converted to a salt water pool for your added enjoyment. We are constantly refreshing and updating our unit. Tile on the main floor and in bathrooms. NEW KITCHEN AND HVAC 2011.
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a family oriented gated beach community. There are 11 pools, six tennis courts, shuffleboard, putt-putt course, security, walking trails, fitness center, (requires key)and the clubhouse on the beach, serves food at beach pool overlooking the Gulf, which is one of our favorite amenities of this resort. The car entrance is 10997 Hutchinson Boulevard. There are Pedestrian gates to the strip on Front Beach Road in the heart of it all and to the plaza, where there is bowling, arcade, restaurants, shopping and more. Once you're here you never have to use your car.

We are a family owned unit. We all reside in and around the Atlanta area. We all take our turns in Panama City and love it. We are a eclectic family, of various careers. The woman are all in the medical field while the men are in the corporate world and we have one who is a firefighter. The seniors in the picture are retired. Our daughters, husband introduced us to Gulf Highlands fifteen years ago. We love being there. We hope you enjoy your stay also.

Thank you for a very wonderful stay. It was so well stocked (with just about everything), we had such a relaxing time and didn't have to run out for this and that. Wold love to stay at your place again! Almost feel bad for not saying goodbye to your neighbor in back. She and I had quite a few pleasant talks. We had a great time at this lovely home. We agree with the owners, one of the top attractions about Gulf Highlands is the beach-side pool with reasonably priced food - something that is a rare find at the beach! Everything here was as promised. Very clean property. The owners have gone above & beyond to include all the amenities of home. The neighbors are friendly and spoke very well of the owners. We could not have been happier! We hope to be back! Loved it!
Owner response:We appreciate the effort to take your time and go online and write a review. We know it takes effort and thoughtfulness, as we have rented homes via VRBO and have written reviews. We are constantly renewing and replacing to keep things fresh and tidy. We love to keep our renters coming back. There is so much to do within the complex and walking distance via the five pedestrian gates that surround the community. Walmart, Postoffice and Applebees exit Tonya Lane. Edgewater Plaza with bowling, eateries, arcade, hairdressers and much more off Robin Lane. Beach access go out the gate on Front Beach Road, Katherine also has beach access onto Front Beach Road. Last but not least just outside the Hutchison gate is Saltwater Grill our favorite fine dining restaurant with a large indoor aquarium which will delight all ages.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My sister and I had a great time. We cooked on the marvelous grill and rode bikes (neither of us had ridden in years) You have a beautiful condo. We loved the windows in the master bedroom sitting room welcoming the morning sun. Hope to do it again soon.

You have a very enjoyable place with all the comforts of home. Those new kitchen cabinets are awesome. I love the big bar area. We ate breakfast there each morning. The master bedroom mattress was great...we didn't wake up sore like we do at most places. Thank you for the consideration you've shown in furnishing your place.

We were here for Thunder Beach Weekend and had a great time. We clean a lot of units in Gulf Highlands and picked this unit to stay in as it is very nice.
