2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath Unit. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and sitting room with DAYBED. The second bedroom has TWO TWIN size beds. There is also a QUEEN size sleeper sofa in the living room and a 47' HDTV, 5.1 STEREO SURROUND SOUND and IPOD DOCK. BROADBAND INTERNET AVAILABLE IN UNIT. For your outside entertaining there is a COVERED PATIO with PROPANE B.B.Q., table & chairs. There are TWO BIKES for a bike ride along the strip to Pier Park to shop and watch the sunset and a CHEST FULL OF BEACH GOODIES to enjoy on the beach including: TWO-two wheel carry CARTS, CLOTH COOLER WITH WHEELS, 4 CHAIRS, SAND TOYS, FLOATS, ELECTRIC PUMP, BEACH UMBRELLA and your beach sundries. The unit is an end unit within a 5 minute walk to beach and beach clubhouse pool(food and beverage is very reasonable). All soaps, paper products, garbage bags and B.B.Q. fuel is supplied. A very convenient pool, tennis courts and playground are behind the unit within seconds on Abbie Lane. Robin Lane pool has been converted to a salt water pool for your added enjoyment. We are constantly refreshing and updating our unit. Tile on the main floor and in bathrooms. NEW KITCHEN CABINETS/ COUNTER TOPS 2010. HIGH EFFICIENCY HVAC 2011. NEW LIVING FURNITURE AND DECOR 2012. NEW COMFORT HEIGHT HIGH EFFICIENCY TOILETS 2012.
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a family oriented gated beach community. There are 11 pools, six tennis courts, shuffleboard, putt-putt course, security, walking trails, fitness center, (requires key)and the clubhouse on the beach, serves food at beach pool overlooking the Gulf, which is one of our favorite amenities of this resort. The car entrance is 10997 Hutchinson Boulevard. There are Pedestrian gates to the strip on Front Beach Road in the heart of it all and to the plaza, where there is bowling, arcade, restaurants, shopping and more. Once you're here you never have to use your car.

Thanks again for another great stay. My sister and I have stayed here several times and always loved it. We enjoy bike riding and cooking on the grill. Enjoyed sitting on the porch at the package store (near the beach gate) listening to kareokee. I love your new furniture. Hope to go again next year. my family and I stayed the week. We will be leaving tomorrow and I wish we could stay longer. I have stayed in gulf highlands for 15 years at various condos and this condo was absolutely the best. I AM SORRY I HAVEN'T GOTTEN BACK TO YOU SOONER, BUT I DID WANT TO TELL YOU WE HAD A GREAT TIME. THE WEATHER WAS BAD BUT THAT DID NOT BOTHER US AT ALL. WE REALLY LIKED THE CONDO AND THE WHOLE PLACE WAS NICE AND CLEAN. WE PLAN ON RETURNING NEXT AUGUST. HOPEFULLY YOU RECEIVED THE KEY AND ALL WAS OK WITH THE CONDO WHEN WE LEFT. WE MADE IT TO THE LITTLE LIQUOR STORE (ONE ON YOUR SIDE OF THE ROAD..THEY DO MAKE THE BEST FROZEN DRINKS) ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND WE SAT ON THEIR PORCH WHILE IT RAINED AND HAD A GREAT TIME PEOPLE WATCHING. This was a great rental. My family and I had a wonderful time. The listing was accurate. The condo was very clean. Owner was very helpful and available for any questions i might of had before and during our stay. We loved the condo so much, it felt just like home! The owners are very nice and called during our stay to make sure the condo was clean when we arrived and made sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. We will be renting again next summer for our vacation!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at your unit this week. It was nice having the extra room with the daybed and everything was stocked so well. We will be staying in your place again soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are a family owned unit. We all reside in and around the Atlanta area. We love the beach and hope you will too. We are a eclectic family, of various careers. The woman are all in the medical field while the men are in the corporate world and we have one son-in-law who is a firefighter. The seniors in the picture are retired. Our daughters, son and ourselves were born in Canada and we moved to Georgia in 1980. When we moved here our children were enrolled in Our Lady of Assumption Catholic School and then attended St. Pius High School. Our daughters, husband introduced us to Gulf Highlands fifteen years ago. Our son-in-laws were born and raised in Georgia. One is a bulldog fan and other is a georgia tech fan. Our daughter-in-law was born in Virginia.

We chose to buy a vacation rental in this location, because you can walk or ride bikes to shopping, entertainment, beach, pools, sports activities, restaurants, golds gym, banks, bowling, arcade, and much more. The location is fantastic. PCB is growing by leaps and bounds and our location for all conveniences gets better and better. Once your here, you don't have to use your car till you leave.
