2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath Unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed and sitting room with daybed. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. For your outside entertaining we have a covered patio with B.B.Q. We have provided two bikes for a bike ride along the strip to Pier Park to shop and watch the sunset and a chest full of goodies to enjoy on the beach including: Two-two wheel carry baskets for the cooler, beach chairs, UV ray umbrella, sand toys, floats and your beach sundries. The unit is an end unit within a 5 minute walk to beach and beach clubhouse pool. We are constantly renewing, refreshing and updating our unit. Almost every item has been replaced along with carpet upstairs and tile on main floor and bathrooms. Broadband Internet avlbe., in unit.
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a family oriented gated beach community. There are 11 pools, four tennis courts, shuffleboard, putt-putt course, 24 hour security, walking trails, fitness center, (requires key)and the clubhouse on the beach, serves food at beach pool overlooking the Gulf, which is one of our favorite amenities of this resort. The car entrance is 10997 Hutchinson Boulevard. There are Pedestrian gates to the strip on Front Beach Road in the heart of it all and to the plaza, where there is bowling, arcade, restaurants, shopping and more. Once you're here you never have to use your car.
