This is a beautiful, three-bedroom, two-bath home located just across the street from the ocean. Peaceful wildlife abounds just off the backyard in the natural lagoon.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed and the other two bedrooms offer queen-size beds, with an additional bunk bed (sleeps two) in one of these two bedrooms. Sofa in the den also converts to a bed to sleep two more. The kitchen offers all modern conveniences.

Harbor Island is a private, gated community with three miles of natural beach. Enjoy FREE access to the Beach and Racquet Club. A 90 second walk and you will be at the most quiet,pristine beach. Harbor Island has two tennis courts and for those who like golf,there are several top rated courses only a short drive from Harbor Island. The Beach and Racket club have a children's pool and play ground.

There is a 12% South Carolina tax and a one time gate fee of $30.00 per car for a week rental which is not included in the rental fee.

  • This home is just that,meaning it has a comfortable,homey feeling. it is well designed in the downstairs area in that you can visit with guests or family while you prepare meals in the open area of the living-dining area. All the bedrooms are roomy with beautiful views,downstairs being the lagoon and upstairs the ocean. The screened in porch is a great place to have your morning coffee or sit and rock with a favorite book. There is also an open deck off one of the upstairs bedrooms if you want to sunbathe. The quiet, almost private beach is a three minute walk across the street. You can tell I had a very relaxing visit at Harbor Island! Enjoy.

  • This is a wonderful home in a beatiful location with a fabulous view. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful setting, being able to relax on the screened in porch and having every amenity of home. We didn't want for anything and wish that we didn't have to come home! The home is very spacious and comfortable - everything works perfectly including the gas grill outside. We loved how close it was to the beach and the kids had a blast chasing the waves and watching the dolphins. We will never forget our wonderful weekend - Thank you!
