This condo needs updating! The carpet in the bedroom is worn out and dirty. The furniture in the entire condo is very outdated. The shower curtain has mildew on it. We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix 1 greatly. The condo was everything we expected. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. We loved be able to sit at the table and see out to the ocean. The balcony was larger than we expected. The kitchen was stocked with just about any appliance anyone would need. I was impressed that the skillets were nonstick and yet not scratched all to pieces!! This may not sound like much, but most rentals, the skillets are scratched up so much that you can't use them let alone fry an egg and it not stick. The appliances were clean ( the oven was spotless). I would have liked another set of towels and washclothes (they supplied 4 sets; two days worth), but the washer and dryer worked fine. The condo was quiet (just one floor above us). Plenty of hot water. TV cable had more channels then you usually get at a hotel. The grounds, pools, and beach were clean, and everyone was helpful. We ate at Bubba's seafood and loved it. The seafood platter was large enough that we split it. The beach was larger waves than usual, but we loved it!! We would absolutely stay again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+.
