Edgewater Beach Resort is at the top of the class in Panama City Beach, a luxurious full-service vacation destination. Our unit is a beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,254 sq. ft. Golf Villa. One king size bed and two double beds easily sleep six. The Edgewater Beach complex is a gated community where security guards ensure limited access, as well as provide constant security patrols. There are countless vacation activities within walking or short driving distance, including a marine park, zoo, and water park. (see “Activities” below). The beach is a five minute walk via a private overpass walkway, or you may use the resort tram service. There are twelve pools on the grounds, including a heated pool right beside our building. On the gulf side is a beautifully landscaped lagoon pool with water falls and two hot tubs, the 'Oceans Restaurant'', a shoppette and ice-cream shop, Starbucks, and hair salon. In addition to an executive par-three golf course located inside the resort, the Hombre 27-hole championship golf course is less than 10 minutes away. Ten lighted tennis courts are located in the center of the complex alongside a state-of-the-art fitness center and pro shop.
We require a $200 refundable reservation/damage deposit to hold the unit. It will be returned after unit is inspected and pool tags have been accounted for.
This is a no smoking unit which is strictly enforced. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of security deposit. Pets are also not allowed, with violation having the same result as above.
Minimum age for occupancy is 25 years. Children of any age (including teenagers) MUST not be left alone for an unreasonable length of time and NEVER overnight. Violation of this policy will result in possible eviction and no refund. This unit is for adults and families. Please understand this is for your protection and our peace of mind.

The condo was just as described it was comfortable, beautiful, relaxing, and in the perfect location. The lake view was calming and beautiful. We have stayed on the beach side at edgewater previously and we enjoyed this villa even better, it offered more privacy with a little less hustle and bustle but with a short walk or tram ride over to the beach. It is located close to a heated that is a little more private than the lagoon pool and also close to the tennis courts. The unit was clean and had an updated kitchen. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon! Thank you Dave and Marilyn!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

I found the condo to be very private, which was what I was searching for. I was researching and writing for Christian Studies. For the Golfer, the condo would be ideal. It is in view of a green. Also it is only a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beaches noteable for the Panama City Beach area. Within 2 or 3 blocks in an awesome shopping area and market. The condo is very clean, modern and comfortable. It was all and more of what I was expecting. I'd recommend it and will be returning this summer with family to enjoy the shopping and the beach. I also hope to return during the cold winters in the mid-west for more study time and heated pool time. Thank you Dave and Marilyn. It was all you promised and more. Blessings.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

About the owner: We live in Panama City and have always loved the beach and the ocean. When we retired from the Air Force we chose this area because of its sugar-white sands, mild climate, and great family-oriented atmosphere. Since we live in Panama City, we spend time at our condo which also means we keep a close watch on it and are available for any questions or concerns you might have while visiting. Our four grandchildren love to spend time at the condo and we feel very good about their safety while there, which is one reason we decided on Edgewater Beach Resort. It is very much a family place.
