Schooner Court is conviently located in Harbor Town. Our visit was quiet and uneventful as to distractions of many tourist locations. Lack of convenient beach (ocean beach) access would be a problem on a longer stay. On a scale of 10 being the best this property would be at least a 9.5. Our Mother's Day weekend was a very pleasant and enjoyable experienceRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This condo was so nice, clean and perfectly located that we have already booked it again for the same time next year. Sit on the outdoor patio and watch the sun set - beautiful! Easy walk to all of the fun in Harbor Town. We rode bikes to the beach and all over Sea Pines. If you would rather drive to the beach, Sea Pines Beach Club is 5 minutes. There are lots of good restaurants and shops within easy walking distance too. There was also a pool available to us, but we were on bikes or at the beach. There were 5 in our group, 4 upstairs and 1 down. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms in the condo were large so you never felt cramped. The kitchen was well stocked and attractive. We were given starters on dishwasher soap, dish soap, dish towels, toilet paper, shampoo and bath soap. There were some beach chairs there for our use and an umbrella. The kitchen door opens to the trash, bike storage, beach chair storage... area. Very convenient. And Waste Management came into that area to empty the cans so you didn't have to drag anything out to the street. Digital front door lock, no losing the key. Cable TV, WiFi, AC. If I "had to" complain about anything, the sofa bed was not made up and the remote control in the master bedroom was not working. But, no one cared about watching TV upstairs and we slept on the sofa and it was VERY comfortable. I told the owner about these things and I have the feeling that all will be taken care of as she has been very attentive and helpful. We are very excited to go back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
