  This the final night of our five night stay. We have been planning a vacation to Park City for two years and we are so happy to have found this townhome. It is in the perfect location, so close to The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley, but most importantly, literally just steps away from shopping, movie theaters, a luxury bowling alley and top notch restaurants. You CANNOT go wrong with this unit. The owner is an email away and the property manager is so kind and prompt with his communications. We found everything clean upon our arrival despite people having checked out the same morning. They even service & refill the hot tub for each arrival. We spent even more time here than we thought we would because our 12 year old broke his arm learning to snowboard within 3 hours of day one! No worries here though, we managed to have a great time in this very comfortable townhome. I highly recommend it.

  We are coming to the end of our 6 week stay in this lovely condo. We have asked to re-up for the same time frame for next year. The condo is an end unit so has lots of windows which allow abundant natural light. Views of all 3 ski areas from the lvrm, mbr, patio and deck across the conservation land are gorgeous. At night, you can see the lights of the groomers on the trails. The location is quiet and convenient, close to markets, shops, restaurants. We bought season passes at Deer Valley which was an easy 15 min drive. Main St is about 10 min. The unit is attractively and comfortably furnished, very easy to live in, clean and in excellent condition. Susan and her property mngr, Ron, are easy and responsive. Nicest condo we have ever rented over the years. What a wonderful experience we have had here. Sure hope our family can join us for a few days next time.

  This property was every bit as described. The location is looking over the nature preserve so it has a bit more privacy than other properties in this complex; which was nice because we enjoyed the hot tub nightly. Ron/Susan was more than accommodating to all our needs. The property is very clean and well maintained. Every kitchen item you could need is provided. It would be perfect for a large family, or 2-3 couples. The VRBO pictures represent exactly what you are going to get, with the exception that the view and surroundings are more beautiful. This place is perfect for a Park City getaway. I would recommend it to anybody. The proximity to of everything you would need is within walking distance, although we stayed in the winter I would recommend this place year round.

  Our recent October stay in this beautiful end unit was perfect. Just a great home away from home. The views of the nature preserve and mountains are fabulous. I don't think you could ask for a better location; approximately 25 minutes to the airport, close to Park City and the Canyons. Walking distance to great restaurants & retail shops. Easy day trips to Sundance Village, Antelope Island and Mirror Lake. The condo itself was very clean with a great kitchen family room combination. Bedrooms & Bathrooms were great. I would highly recommend this as a year round vacation home.

  LOVED this condo! I've stayed in many in PC and this is definitely one of the best. Great for couples, families or groups. 4 of us stayed there for a girls week and we found it to be the perfect location: walk to restaurants, shopping, groceries, bowling, movie theater and free shuttle bus to 3 ski resorts and Old Town Park City. Easy drive to airport and multiple other ski resorts. But if you really just want to kick back, the unit itself is bright and cheery, quiet,and beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings, artistic decor, and very comfy bedding. We especially enjoyed our glasses of wine in the sun of the back deck, night time star-gazing from the hot tub, cooking in the well-equiped kitchen, and using it as a base for other activities. The view is amazing. Convenient internet access too. We definitely plan to come back!

  We are just completing our two month stay in this great condo. The location is excellent and within walking distance to all Redstone and Newpark restaurants, shops, groceries, et al. This is a very quiet location with great views of the Swaner preserve,Round Valley area, Deer Valley, and Park City Mountain. The bike trail provides direct access to Glenwild trails, and all locations into Park City. The owner and property manager are very accommodating and easy to work with. We have really enjoyed our stay here and plan to be here again when possible. This end unit is, in our opinion, the best location in the Newpark/Redstone complex.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+.

  Owner response: Park City is a wonderful place to spend the summer! The days are warm and the nights are fabulous. Please consider a long term rental for summer or fall 2012.

  Our recent stay in this unit was wonderful. The interior decor was even nicer than pictured or expected. Mountain views were gorgeous from both the bedroom balcony and the patio outside the living room with the hot tub. The location was perfect for us close to shops, restaurants, the olympic park and only a few minutes drive to both the Canyons and Park City for skiing. The owner and her property management in town were easy to work with and responded to all inquires quickly. I would definitly recommend. This was my first experience with VRBO and it couldn't have gone better.
