This beautiful home with private pool and spa offers views overlooking the 14th fairway of the Citrus course, plus lots of privacy. Fully furnished and equipped, with over 2,700 square feet, you can enjoy comfortable living areas with your family and friends.
The home is beautifully decorated, newly repainted with ceramic tile flooring. The sitting room area offers a warm atmosphere with stunning views of the back yard, a large screen TV (including cable) and comfortable sitting. The large open kitchen has cherry wood cabinets and granite counter tops and breakfast bar.
The large master suite has a California king and large flat screen TV. The two additional guest bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms.
In the back yard opening onto the golf course, you’ll find the pebble tec pool and spa, citrus trees, the outdoor table and chairs and a large integrated gas BBQ.
