This 1,800 square-foot mountain cottage overlooks a beautiful stream with forest views. A recent make-over provides all the contemporary comforts of home, while sustaining the feel of a relaxing cottage. If you want to "escape", this is the cottage for you. Spacious wood-lined vaulted ceilings add to the ambience. Nothing better than curling up on the sofa in front of a warm fire with that favorite book, or watching a good movie or your favorite television show. Getting a good nights sleep is a must! The "Kings Down" bedding does just the trick. You'll wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the many activities available in the Smokey Mountains. Directly off the main living area you'll find a covered, elevated deck. It's perfect for grilling, dining and relaxing in that adirondack rocker.
During your stay try many of the local restaurants, a list is provided in the cottage. Or, enjoy a relaxing drink on the lawn of the nearby Greystone Inn, on the historic registry, where you can enjoy beautiful Lake Toxaway.
This cottage location provides easy access to all attractions and shopping from Asheville to Highlands. You can also enjoy Pisgah National Forest or visit one of the 250 waterfalls located in Transylvania County. Come stay awhile, you'll relax and want to come back!!
