Our renovation was completed in Fall 2012! Private and quiet ground floor condo with large lanai (grill included!). 5 minute walk through beautiful gardens to the ocean. Beach rated one of the best. One large pool by the ocean and 3 smaller private pools. Next to world famous golf courses and fine dining. Ocean views from lanai.

This was our third time staying at Wailea Ekahi and by far they best experience on many levels, firstly dealing with This Agency is totally Aloha, we did not have a single problem in the booking or on arrival. This is one of the larger 1 bedroom 2 Bath Units in Ekahi village and its being a Ground floor units makes it even feel larger in that you have a Lanai that runs the length of property. When we arrived the Kitchen had just been redone with new cabinets, Granite Countertops and New appliances. We did not however expect to find new furniture which also had been added! This is a unit I would reccomend for a relaxed vacation with peace and Quiet as it has its own private garden, with a Lime tree for your Corona beer! As for Sunset views from the Lanai dining table they become increasing more Amazing as you near your check out date, which is the only thing you will not like about This unit. I did not want to leave!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

We just returned from two weeks in 50B. This ground floor condo is bright and airy. Bed very comfy. Beautiful garden view. Quiet and private. If you do lots of cooking as I do, this place is a dream. High end cookware, tons of cooking tools, sharp knives, lovely plentiful dishes and glassware. Great lanai with ocean view and gas barbeque. Exceptionally well-equipped with beach chairs, guidebooks, scissors--we found everything we needed. Ulua Beach, our fave on Maui, is within walking distance. A very large one bedroom. The property does not have a hot tub at any of its 4 pools. Otherwise, it's nearly perfect.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
