The HUGE master bedroom has a 180 degree view of Lake Erie. It has a top of the line king size bed with plush pillow top mattress, Large screen TV and additional leather couch seating area. The walk in closet is spacious. The private master bath is fabulous with granite counter tops, large double sink, amazing corner air tub for two and a SPA SHOWER that you may never want to leave!
The second bedroom is huge and has King size pillow top mattresses, a spacious closet with ample drawer space, flat screen HD/TV and also has a great view of the Lake.
The Elegant kitchen has all GRANITE counters fully equipped with a large granite dining table connected off the kitchen island. It IS all here appliances, dish washer, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender for those margaritas or smoothies. All glassware including wine glasses, flatware and dinnerware, china are ALL provided as well as cookware and bakeware.
The GREAT room and kitchen have incredible view the lake. The great room has a new leather queen reclining sectional sleeper sofa that seats up to 8, an electic fireplace media center with a 50" Plasma HD TV, digital cable, surround sound, DVD/CD player, Radio and hook up for mp3/ipod players and an incredible Massage Chair that will help you relax and de-stress. Huge Glass Doors open to a private 5th story Balcony with glass railings. When you look west you see the Geneva State Park Marina marker and when you look east you will see The Ashtabula Harbor Light House and coal dock conveyor (all lit up at night) which spans the Ashtabla River. Checkout the supplied telescope and look at boats, ships and things upto 7 miles away.

See the covered bridges, go fishing, get wine at the wineries or Farones wine and crafts below and bring it back to drink at you penthouse while watching a gorgeous sunset, then go watch a band and dance the night away at Spring Hill Winery or right across street and The Step Above without having to drive. GO shopping on famous bridge street in the Ashtabula Harbor. We like to go to Harpersfield Winery and enjoy pinot noir in this small French Chalet where you can sit by the fireplace in winter or sit out in the vinyard in the summer. LakeHouse Winery is also a favorite only 2 miles away right on Lake Erie.

We were looking for a last minute change of scenery and an indoor pool for the kids on the Christmas/New Year's break. This place more than fit the bill. The condo was beautiful with everything we needed and more. It is very spacious which made it nice considering we have a two year that needs space to roam. The indoor pool was great and we had it to ourselves almost all the time and it was plenty warm. The views are amazing of Lake Erie even in winter. Too bad we had to cut our time short due to an impending storm but we hope to visit some time again soon.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This property is absolutely lovely. The master bedroom and bath are huge and absolutely beautiful. The bath has a wonderful jacuzzi big enough with room to spare for two and the guest bath has a jacuzzi bath for one. There is a panoramic view of the lake from the master bedroom - very romantic. The kitchen is well equipped and also very large and the greatroom has another stunning veiw of the lake with very comfortable furniture. We especially liked the massage chair! The balcony is well furnished with comfortable chairs and a table big enough for dinner for four. We absolutely loved it!! The beach town is charming and within walking distance - if you like to walk. We had a marvelous time and would go back in a minute. The photos simply do not do this place justice.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

My wife and I had an opportunity to spend our New Year’s at the luxury Condo on the lake. Luxury does not even begin to describe the amenities at the condo or the view from the private balcony. We were very surprised at the access to the many fine wineries that are found in the region and were able to enjoy several. Our only regret was that due to the time of the year we were unable to take advantage of the private beach or fishing pier, however the indoor pool overlooking the lake was very enjoyable. Thanks again for the use of your home and we look forward to a return visit.
