Accommodations: Private Lake Front Home with over 1800 square feet of covered air conditioned living space, in a gated communtiy with Swimming Pool, located in Boynton Beach, Florida Palm Beach County. Bring your family and enjoy the luxury of staying this Privately Owned fully equipped vacation home. Here you will be only minutes from restaurants, stores, beaches, Downtown Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale. Disney World in Orlando Flordia is just a 3 hour drive North via the Florida Turnpike. Conveniently located, this vacation rental property will afford you all the comforts and conveniences of home while you are on vacation. There's two bedrooms, one with adjoining full bathroom and additional full bathroom directly across from the second bedroom. A full working kitchen, snack bar, breakfast nook, living room, formal dining room, family room, laundry room, covered patio area with out door furniture and your very own private swimming pool with screen enclosure. You can even fish in the lake from your own back yard.. This Vacation Rental Home accommodates very comfortably a family of four with complete privacy for up to two couples. Note: Per the Owners request this unit will not be availiable for a group or family greater than four (4) people ). On site parking in the driveway directly in front of the house for up to two vehicles. (Note: Motor Homes, Campers and Motor Cycles are not allowed and use of garage not included) Other on site amenities include, cable TVs with VCRs, stereos with CD players, air conditioning, fully equipped screen enclosed patio, your very own private swimming pool with tanning area and lake front back yard off the kitchen nook area with a gas BBQ. This property also includes water softening system, special drinking water filtration system in the kitchen, a full size washer and dryer and phone with local calling service. For your pet there is a large special fenced in dog run area at the side of the house. ( Note: Additional pet cleaning fee of $100.00 and Security Deposit of $250.00 dollars are required if you plan on bring along your family pet, per the owners request pets must not exceed 45 lbs pounds ) NOTE: Minimum rental period is one week- if your request is for less than a one-week time frame the appropriate weekly fee will be applied. Monthly rental period consists of ( 4 ) consecutive weeks starting on the first Saturday of each month. Normal check-in: Saturday after 3:00 PM with weekly and Monthly rentals running from Saturday to Saturday. Checkout time: by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Monthly and Weekly rental terms still available during September 2006 through August 2007. Vacation requests of two (2) consecutive weeks or more will take precedence over weekly requests...You'll have to hurry and make your reservations before they are gone.

Pet Deposit:Additional fee & deposit of $250.00 required pet can not exceed 45lbs.
Confirming Reservations: require a 50 % down payment plus the appropriate deposit
