Looking to get away and escape from it all? This is the perfect vacation home for you, right on the beach! Enjoy making any meal in a state of the art kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone around the table and kitchen breakfast bar area. Sit back and relax on the couch in the living room or outside on the patio as you take in the view of the beach. 1/2 bath just off the kitchen. Have a family bbq by your own private pool or stroll down the to the beach via your own private beach access. Wii game system provided with games Several board games for family fun. For some fun in the sun, this home offers a boogie and skim boards,and chairs for use at the beach. We also have a ping pong table and a bicycle for your use.
Looking for a quiet setting, head upstairs to the master bedroom suited with a king size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. On the opposite end of the hall, you will find another bedroom with a queen size bed with a view of Gulf Blvd and the Bay waters with it's own bathroom. Located in the center of the hall are 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds one also has twin bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom one of these bedrooms also has a set of twin bunk beds. Living room has a full size sofa sleeper.
This allows 12 to sleep in beds or convertible beds.

My husband and I were looking for a local Texas getaway for our 13th wedding anniversary and decided on SPI. We rented this property for a week and had such a wonderful, relaxing time. It was everything you could ask for and more. The home is beautiful and the work the wonderful owners Beth and Jim have put into it shows. The pictures don't do it justice. On our last day of our stay, we saw dolphins swimming up the coast from the master suite while enjoying our morning coffee. This centrally located home is perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, couples trip, or a guys/girls weekend. We look forward to renting this property again in the future with our friends and family so they can enjoy it as much as we did. We loved our stay, it was great for a large family, especially enjoyed the closeness of the beach & the pool was great, the owner sent the pool man to service the pool immediately when she was told that it needed service.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.

This home was absolutely perfect for my family's 5 day stay in Padre. Centrally located. Extremely well-kept and comfortable. The pool was ideal for my young daughter. The house couldn't have easier access to the beach. This is so much better than staying in a condo and having to take an elevator. I can't wait to return!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Fantastic place!! We brought the family and there was plenty of space for everyone. The ocean views from the upstairs balcony were beautiful. The house looks just like the pictures show it and you will not be disappointed. We spent our days at the beach and our nights around the pool. Three guys arrived for a week of kitesurfing. The house could have easily fit 4 couples comfortably and more if somebody wanted to sleep on the couch. The view from the master is awesome - beach and waves. It was great to kitesurf from our house instead of driving down to the flats. The big garage was great for storing our gear. Hoses at the front and at the beach access are convenient for washing feet and gear of sand. Beth was easy to deal with. We had no cutting boards and one of the toilets was making some noise. I emailed Beth and they were both fixed in a couple hours. i highly recomend it and I would stay there again.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Home was just beautiful, clean, quiet. Had four single adults and their kids and were very comfortable. So nice for almost every bedroom to have a private bathroom. Master balcony is incredible. Owners were so nice and easy to communicate with. Hope to return very soon!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The ocean front townhome was a perfect fit for my wife and two adult children, we loved the location with super easy beach access and close to town. With drop dead views of the water and the wonderful sound of crashing waves. The pool was clean and the courtyard was private. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their space. Boogie boards are available for use and the beach chairs to relax at waters edge. Everything was super clean and furnishings were comfortable and kitchen was well equiped. We hope the place will be available next time we visit SPI!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed this home immensely! Right on the beach and very accommodating for a large group or family. We had nine adults and one child and were very comfortable. With all the bedrooms upstairs, late nighters stayed up without disturbing those turning in early upstairs. Very clean! Property description and photos accurate; however, bedrooms were larger than photos depicted. Loved this house!! Have stayed in many condos and homes on the island, but found this home to be our favorite!!! Highly recommended!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

I stayed at this property in May. Wonderful place with amazing views of the Gulf waters. We enjoyed relaxing by the private pool while looking out at the ocean. It has it's own private beach access and shower. There was even boogie boards and umbrellas to use. The house is tastefully decorated and provided plenty of room for my family of 12. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Hi! I stayed at this condo last weekend and it was amazing! Best girls trip ever! We are all very particular and this condo was perfect for us because it was SO CLEAN!!! Sadly it was cleaner than my house... and I pride myself in being a neat freak. Their decor is super cute too! The pool was a great way to end a day at the beach, and the best part is you don't have to share it with ANYONE! Beach access is ideal too! I highly recommend this condo!
