FREE sunshine on the private Florida home. Well positioned in location as shopping, post office, grocery stores, a medical complex is 6 blocks away, the causeway to Anna Maria Island is 8 blocks away. The pool is solar heated so we rely on our FREE sunshine.
Anna Maria Islands white sugar sand beach and turquoise sea is located at the end of the causeway. Off the causeway is hiking thru a nature preserve,kayaking in the estuary, horseback riding on the pet friendly beaches, jet skiing, and fishing and a public boat ramp. Anna Maria Island has unique homes, locally owned shops, pubs and dining, fishing piers and historic sites. Farmers markets and art shows are common.
Golf courses abound for all abilities. Sarasota theatre and airport are within 11 miles. Tampa airport is 45 miles away. Busch Gardens is approximately 1 hour away. Orlando is 2 hours away.
Mini golf, flea marketing, running trails, dog parks and more are offered to enjoy here as well as our FREE sunshine.

This is Heaven on Earth. Coffee on the lanai provides a beautiful sunrise. The lanai has free sunshine all day and a partially covered area giving shade during the hottest part of the day if we choose not to be in the pool. We barbeque almost daily on the gas grill.
