  We went during Spring Break, this condo is in a perfect location, right off the strip. Walking distance to beach, go-karts, putt-putt, and a great Mexican Restaurant. The condo was immaculate! Perfect set up for familys or a small group. Nice lake and view right out the back door. Just really, really enjoyed our stay. No parking or elevator hassles!!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I truly enjoyed by few days at the condo. It is in a wonderful location. Super clean, although the carpet was very stained. The photos are a spot on representation of this rental. The owner is awesome to work with and definitely recommend this property to everyone, including my family.

  We enjoyed our week at this comfortable condo. My husband loved having his boat and the rest of us enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach. It was nice not having the extra expense of a slip as well. Brad was very helpful with fishing spots which was much appreciated. The unit was very nice and decorated cute. The listing description was accurate. The location was very good.

  My husband and I enjoyed our stay at This nice condo very much! It was very clean, nicely decorated,comphy and felt like home while we were there. The owners are great and take good care of the property. We also found it to be a friendly "neighbor hood.". We would gladly recommend it to others. Thanks for the memories.

  My fiance and I stayed in this condo for a week last month and loved it! The description of the property is spot on, the place was super clean when we got there and Brad was very helpfull when it came to local information! I cant tell you how beautiful this place was, and since its nestled back a block off the strip there is hardly any traffic through the place and it is very secure. If you want a very clean pet friendly place this is it! And bring your boat; we did and loved having the dock right downstairs from us. With its central location, cleanliness and security i cant imagine a better place to stay in PCB.
