  My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at this condo for a week. The owner was particularly easy to work with and the condo is exactly as described and could not have been better for our vacation. A covered garage parking space close to the entrance was great. REALLY great. We started each morning sipping coffee on the balcony, overlooking the beach and took another cup down to the beach to enjoy. Later, a game of bocci (provided by the owners - a great set) on the beach was as fun as could be ... along with a lot of other beach "toys". We had a lot of fun. Afterwards, a dip in the pool was refreshing. Don't forget some boxed wine and plastic glasses to enjoy an afternoon happy hour poolside! There are a lot of seafood restaurants around, check out the recommendations in "the book" provided in the condo and ask around. The area has a lot of seafood restaurants - some good, some not so much. One of our favorites was Saltwater Grill which was only a short drive away; we were told they get their fish and seafood daily from the local fishermen. We also had fun at a place called Wicked Wheel. Our last day there, we found a place which makes homemade bagels and serves natural casing hotdogs on homemade buns - Bay Streeet Deli (I think) - which was a real treat. All in all, the condo and the location were great. Again, perfect for us. If you noticed the word "great" over and over in this review, take it as a big clue as to how well our vacation turned out.

Thinking of putting a Jimmy Buffet Margarita Machine in there this August when we come down next, and then some other perk when we come back in December. I'm open to suggestions as to anything we can do. I was trying to arrange a couple of bikes for the parking space, but it is just too hard to keep them in shape between visits, but if you have any ideas...Kem and Elizabeth, owners.

  We had the pleasure of staying in this terrific condo the week of November 10-17 and had such a terrific time. The view from the condo is absolutely awesome and we were fortunate enough to see stingrays jumping out of the water...the sunsets were breathtaking... The only arguments the family had all week were over who was going to get to use the massage chair next.:) The time of year was perfect for a relaxing getaway with no crowds and fabulous food. I hope you too get to enjoy it as much as we did!

  Our family spent 3 weeks there. Oct/Nov and had a great time. The owner was very prompt with responses to our questions while there. We enjoyed the rocker recliner and the massage chair immensely. Having covered personal parking spot was very convenient and close to the elevator.Thanks for a great stay.

  We just arrived home from 9 days here. It is everything the description says! We had a great time, awesome weather and loved the beach views. We stayed at the Dunes 25 years ago, so were not sure if they would still be well kept, but we were not disappointed. It was clean and had every item in the unit we could possibly need. The pools were great, all around we had a great vacation.

This is more a hobby than a business, and I tend to rent below market, preferring responsible guests like yourself, as opposed to trying to get maximum revenue.   The owner of this condo is a top notch fellow. Great customer service and friendly as can be. The condo is packed with almost anything that you might forget to bring. Great views of the pool area and the beach, clean and comfortable!!

  The condo was a perfect place to enjoy our fall vacation. The views from the large spotless windows in the living and bedroom were outstanding. Very tropical view! They condo is very comfortable and decorated cute. Lots of movies and games for your children. From a cooks view the condo was well stocked with any item in the kitchen you would have in your own kitchen cabinets. I prepared several large evening meals and had no problem finding just the right pan or dish. Every item I pulled out of the kitchen cabinets were clean and spotless as was the condo. The owners take pride in their condo and do their best to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Yes, the massage chair was wonderful! Also, the owner was very helpful and really does want your stay to be special. Yes, we would love to return but not in the fall. We did not realize the heated pool was not heated until November so we were unable to enjoy swimming. The other two pools were beautiful but to cold at this time of year

  This condo is as advertised with all the comforts of home! Very clean and well furnished. Large master suite with tub/shower and the second bedroom has 2 queen beds with bath. The washer/dryer were very handy as was the fully stocked kitchen! The covered parking area is a bonus! The grounds are well maintained with full time security and sparkling clean pools. We will be repeat guests! Thank you for top-notch accommodations!

  To our guests. Thank you for leaving the kind comments. Thank you for the care you have taken of our home. Those that have rented from us before and choose to again, we will give you the best possible rate as we don't have to hedge for destruction, and appreciate your business. We have added a phone as requested by two of our guests. We were just there for a week ourselves and have replaced all the light bulbs, and batteries in remotes, etc., added some new DVD, balcony furniture, etc., but quite frankly, our guests have been so good that there is nothing to repair. This is why I can afford to rent a tricked out unit for less, and keep improving it. We are basically booked through Feb of 2012 (except for few dates above), but will remember, for next year, those that rented from us this year, and do the best we can to make your time at the beach the best it can be.   My wife and I took our very best friends on a much needed vacation. This was the best vacation ever due in no small part to the comfort, convienence, and the luxury of this condo. What may seem like little things to some combined to clearly set this condo apart. My wife and I are looking to buy in Panama City and so we looked at several condo's in the area. This particular condo provided upscale furniture, including a message chair that we all enjoyed. (Not all at the same time of course.) The views were the best. Outstanding Gulf and pool views added to our enjoyment. All of this added to what we believe to be our best vacation ever.

  I have been to PCB for years, and stayed at a lot of places, and by far the Dunes is the best; not just the best for the money, the best. They have more beach (1500 feet of beachfront for 330 units) and pools (3) and decking than any other resort on the beach. It kills me that Splash and some Sterling Resorts and some of these other places with 500 units brag about having 300 feet of beachfront. Anyway, the location is great, room perfect. The owner went to great lengths to provide every possible amenity. For my money, he undersold the massage chair which was awesome, and oversold the fooseball table and telescope which we didn't use. His ad didn't mention beachchairs which we found in a closet along with some Panama City Beach glasses he left as a gift for us. They also had about 20 board games and I want to say about 50 DVDs for all tastes. I've used VRBO before, but never felt compelled to write a review before, but in this case the owner went to overboard to make our visit great that I felt for the first time ever, I'd write an Internet review.
