This is a newly-renovated and furnished, large 1 Bedroom with full kitchen and 2 full baths in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This condominium is one block from the beach, international fishing pier, gourmet waterfront restaurants, boutique shopping, and bike/scooter/water activity rentals.
It is walking distance to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Cove Shopping plaza which offers chartered fishing, diving, and snorkeling trips as well as boat rentals. The condominium is in a small building consisting of only 10 privately-owned units.
The unit has real wood cabinets and vanities. The appliances are all new, and include a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and a blender. Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed as well as a sofa which folds out to a queen bed. Other amenities include: Air Conditioning, Flat Screen HD TV in living room and bedroom, High Definition Cable TV, DVD/CD player, blow dryer, iron, and ironing board. Extra Linens and cookware are provided. Two full-sized closets provide plenty of storage. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience. You can relax in the solar heated pool or barbecue on the gas grill. A coin laundry facility is on property.
This is on the second floor of two, and comfortably sleeps four.

This is the best equipped furnished accommodation I have ever stayed in (and I've stayed in more than a few) - I want for nothing. It is a couple of minutes to the beach, several really good restaurants, and a great area for walking. It is perfect.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed plus, the owners did not miss a thing! The neighbors were friendly and helpful with info on places to go. We have visited the area numerous times but this was our first stay this close to the "nightlife" The beach walkway is a great way to get some exercise and if you leave windows open you can hear the ocean at night. We love Whales Rib food. The complex is very well kept, painted and clean; just wish the pool would have been heated. Restaurants, grocery and pharmacy are very handy. We will be back and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Regina and Allen! Pam and Jerry 12/10Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

Low Season - May-Nov .. $175/night (3 night minimum) $700/week . $1500/month. Mid Season - Apr & Dec .. $250/night (3 night minimum) $1200/week . $2800/month. Peak Season - Jan-Mar .. (1 week minimum) $1500/week . $3200/month. Plus 11% Florida tax. $65 cleaning fee on all rentals. 25% Deposit upon reservation; balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
