  A group of 24 girls from my pledge class stayed here over Spring Break and we had a fantastic time! The house has so much room, and we never were fighting for space even when we were getting ready to go to dinner. The pictures do not do it justice, the home is beautiful, very spacious, and has a large kitchen equipped with enough utensils for everyone!! Marc was great and always readily available when we needed him. We also had a vase of fresh flowers sitting on the dining table when we arrived which added a sweet, sincere gesture. The walk to the beach was just a few blocks away and also had public parking for taking large loads of beach items down. Kool Beanz was a great place to stay and I would recommend it for any large group. Love, The Kappa Girls

  I searched for weeks looking for the perfect house for my family as this was going to be the first family vaca since we were all kids.. We wanted a house big enough for us all, close to the beach, private pool and would acccept dogs..This house exceeded all expectations and then some. There is plenty of room in the house that you can have multiple families and you still have your own privacy. Its just a short walk up the street to the beach and close to all attractions. Loved the private pool, the kids would spend all day at the beach and when we were at the house they were in the pool! Great backyard to hang out in and grill..There is a pinball machine which was awesome for little kids and the big (adult) kids as well. Mark is great and so helpful! If we go back to Destin with the whole family this will definitly be where we stay! The Graves, Dormans and Wallls

  My group of 25 absolutely loved staying here! Surprisingly, there was plenty of room for all of us. I don't think the week could have been any better. Mr. Marc helped us with everything we needed and more. He was so nice and willing to do anything for us to have a great stay. For a young group of college students, he was so accomidating with our large group! I'm so glad we got to stay and enjoy ourselves as much as we did. Our spring break was so much better because we stayed in this awesome house! Thanks so much, Mr. Marc, for everything you did for us that week! - Ole Miss KD's

  During the first night of our stay, the refrigerator broke and all of the groceries we bought for the week spoiled. Not only did Marc reimburse us for the entire cost, he arranged for dinner for my entire family and had his support team bring us anything we needed until the refrigerator was repaired. Things break, but what you remember is how people respond and how they treat you when something goes wrong. Marc went above and beyond and it kept our wonderful vacation on track. Thanks Marc, for all of your support during our stay in June. Kool Beanz is wonderful and you could not have treated us better!! My family still talks about one of the best vacations we've ever had and my daughter looks at photos from our stay at bedtime each night. We hope to be your guests at Kool Beanz again in the future.   We've been coming to Destin for the last 10 years----this house is, by far, the nicest we have rented! Plenty of room for the whole family to eat together and lounge around and watch TV together. Great combination of rooms and beds which really helped with our large group. Private pool was great if we wanted to stay close to home. The pictures don't really show how BIG this house is. Great kitchen too! Marc was great to deal with and it was just a great time! This is where we will stay every year!!!

  Marc's house provided the perfect vacation rental for our family reunion. Plenty of room for 12 of us. It's a short 2 blocks to the beach a quick walk up to the yogurt shop. Marc even brought over a couple surfboards for us to use. I would definitely recommend renting this house. Thanks for the great stay Marc!

  This place is as beautiful as the pictures. We had two families with 4 adults and 9 teenagers. We never felt crowded. When we arrived the owner was there to greet us. There were so many little things that made our vacation enjoyable, lots of bath towels, comfortable beds, full size soaps, large laundry room, three outdoor tables, lots of dishes, even a pinball machine! It is not on the beach but the back yard is like a private oasis. It is in a great location and much more convenient than condo row. The beach was an easy short walk. The roads are less traveled allowing the kids to ride bikes. There are sidewalks for a run or long walk. If budget is an issue, the kitchen and outdoor grill are perfect for preparing large family dinners. This was the most relaxing spring break ever. Even the two dogs enjoyed the house. The only downside to the house is that the second king bedroom does not have its own private bath.
