Located in the beautiful, Emerald Shores subdivision, this home sits across from the community pool and only a short stroll from the gulf. Access is provided to a private beach pavilion available only to the residents and guests of Emerald Shores. Located off of Scenic Highway 98, this home allows for peaceful relaxation with the convenience of nearby shopping (Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall) and restaurants (Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's).

Why not? We have always enjoyed our vacations, especially now that we have our own place in paradise. I knew other people who had purchased property in the Destin area and became intrigued at the prospect of someday owning a vacation home.

We love the fact that our house is peacefully secluded, yet in the middle of everything that the area has to offer in terms of shopping, restaurants, sight-seeing, and recreation.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our Vacation. The beach house we rented was fabulous. It was everything we expected and more. It was very roomy and just felt like home. The access to the pools were great and the beach just a small walk away. It was a very quiet neighborhood and so secluded. We will be back as have already planned for next summer. Thanks again for everything, everyone we came in contact with was just so friendly and helpful.

We loved everything about the house. It was so much nicer than being in a hotel room. I don't really want to recommend the house to our friends because they might want it the same week we do next year. So I will have to beat them to the punch and quickly reserve for same time next year.

We had a wonderful time and loved the location and convenience of Gemstone with regards to the pool and the beach. The house was clean and everything was in working condition. It was one of the best vacations we have had.
