Family house Kovac are situated within the Old City walls, not far away from main street Stradun in peaceful area away from night life buzz. We are close (70 metres) to Northern entrance to Old City called BUZA where is also parking place. Only few stares from parking until the house, no problem for carrying the luggage.
Distance to the beach and Old City port is only 100 metres of light stroll.
On the ground floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room with big sofa which can be easily transformed in to comfortable queen size bed, kitchen with all appliances. Everything is air-conditioned. Towels and linen provided. Can accommodate max 4+1 adults. Additional bed available. Baby cot available.
On the first floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with laundry washing machine,dining room and kitchenette with all appliances. Can accommodate 4 adults. Everything is air-conditioned. Towels and linen provided. Baby cot available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment within the walls in Dubrovnik. The location was excellent and the owner Ana was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is attractive, very well supplied and clean and well maintained. We stayed in the ground floor unit which was spacious and comfortable.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Definitely would recommend this apartment. The listing description & photos were extremely accurate & the property clean & well-maintained. The owner was most helpful at all times. We would recommend the vegetarian restaurant 'Neshka/Neshta? which is nearby.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

We stayed in this wonderful home with two other Canadian couples and rate it an A++. Ana was the best owner/hostess we have ever met in all our travels. She arranged to meet us to drop off our luggage at the TOP of the many steep stairs, escorted us to the airport to drop off our van rental and then gave us valuable tips for touring Dubrovnik, restaurants, etc. The house location inside the walls is perfect for seeing the inner city, is well equipped, and very clean. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone, a couple, two couples or three couples as the layout suits all three options.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
