Belair Lagoon Villas is a small and intimate property privately owned with its piece of paradise right in the Emten Lagoon, commonly called 2nd Lagoon . It is surrounded by tropical fruit trees and flowers . We have built 2 villas only on this 3000 sqm property thus assuring you a very private holiday. Enjoy your glass of wine or whisky while watching the sun set behind the trees. Sea Breeze Villa ,a 240 sqm villa is self contained with Wifi (wireless internet) access available.
A swimming pool with its corner spa is built right at your door step , on lagoon side.
Sea Breeze is a 3 bedrooms self contained villa with 2 bathrooms - It can sleep 6 to 7 people. It is ideal for family with teenagers or simply for group of persons travelling together. All the property is fully secured.
A pool table (2.50m x 1.30m) will rejoice teenagers and adults.
Master bedroom has a queen bed with an exceptional lagoon view and a spacious en-suite with a walk -in- wardrobe and a private spa; it opens directly to its balcony. It is separated from all the other bedrooms by a 54 sqm lounge area so it benefits privacy.
2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom also enjoy their own space; they are both separated by the full bathroom quarter as well as the laundry room and a separate toilet room. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with an exquisite view over the lagoon and the swimming pool.
The 3rd bedroom has 1 double bed and can accomodate an extra person or 1 single bed. It has a direct view to a marvelous garden towards all the tropical flowers and fruit trees. You may benefit from an air-conditioned office space which is situated in a separate room just next to the master bedroom. All bedrooms have fan and are air-conditioned.
You are planning a family reunion? You prefer to do your own cooking ? then this is the place to be .
For large group travelling together this villa can be rented together or in combination with a 2 bedrooms villa (110sqm) situated on the same property; The 2nd villa can accommodate from 4 to 5 people. For your convenience , we recommend that you hire a car to help you get around all our touristic spots (visit to the cultural village, or to our famous waterfalls ...) - we can arrange that for you - just let us know in advance.

We had a lovely stay here with our 23-month-old son. We spent a lot of time swimming in the salt-water pool, cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, and playing pool in the lounge area. Down a dirt road on the outskirts of town, the villa was extremely quiet. We rented a car (it's pretty bumpy, but you don't *need* a 4x4), but you could probably get by without one if you're happy to take the vans into town. Several markets are nearby and we ate an excellent dinner at nearby Starfish Cove. Club Hippique is also right down the road for horse-trekking etc. The villa itself is spacious and has everything you need. Of course, Port Vila is damp, so things can be a little musty, but I suspect that is true everywhere on the island. The bed was comfortable and the owner even provided a port-a-cot for our baby on short notice. We were very pleased and look forward to our next stay!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers.

About the owner: With our respective work , we have traveled around the Pacific region as well as in Europe and US , however we always like to be back home . That's where we belong and that's where we'll always want to be. We are convinced that Vanuatu is the best place to live in .

We felt instantly in love with this area and this property . The Month of April is when we get the chance to admire the most beautiful sunsets from the edge of our lagoon.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
My husband and I have built our 'first dream homes' in this property and live there for many good years until our children left home . We had enough place for family reunion . Those days , the children seems to be contended only with outdoor activities such as swimming, paddling on the kenu (traditional canoe) or riding bicycle.
