Located in southeast Kissimmee on the shores of Lake Marion and 20 min from Legoland, this private ground floor end unit is totally renovated and fully decorated and has a screened lanai, 2 king beds, 2 twin beds which can be converted into a third King, playpen/crib, 2 strollers and high chair. The view out every window and lanais is scenic. No looking at walls or other peoples windows, just green forest and palms.
The open concept living room has a 52 inch High Definition Cable TV and Blue-ray with surround sound with seating for everyone and each bedroom has a 24 inch flat screen TV with cable and DVD. There is high-speed Internet, telephone with free long distance to US and Canada and a Game System with games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 12 and everything you have at your home kitchen plus more. The unit also has a dishwasher, microwave, full size front-loading washer and dryer. There is no unit out there that is as fully equipped as this one!

There were no disappointments upon my arrival to this condo. I entered a very well equipped, comfortable and clean facility. Thoughtful touches such a book and video library set In a pleasing decor gave the surroundings a sense of home away from home. The pool and hot tub areas were not overly crowded and enjoyed meeting other guests in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The grounds are well kept and secure with 24 hour security. The condo is an end unit making it quite private. A paved road leading to the lake made for enjoyable morning walks. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit as a vacation rental. There were no unwelcome surprises. My only regret is that it is booked for the time I would have rebooked it for next year.Recommended for: Age 55+.

This condo was exceptional - it had everything one could need. The location was fantastic. Quiet - no neighbor noise. Decorated beautifully, The pool and surrounding area so inviting, We stayed at this property for 7 days. Best home away from home for six of us (4 adults and 2 children), The condo was exactly as presented on the website, We found this unit to be everything they said it was and more. The condo is true to photos. The owner was very accessible and helped me with a last minute booking while she herself was on a vacation. We would stay again. The beds were very comfy cozy and the checkin/checkout process was very convenient. I would recommend to remember to bring your basic toiletries. The commute to the disney/universal theme parks are 50-60 mins away and legoland is about 20/30 mins out. Lake Marion is in a secluded area which takes about 10-15mins to get to the main road which is very dark at night. So if you are not used to dark curvy roads that could be a challenge on your first couple of nights. Sonny's BBQ and Perkins were our restaurants of choice. We tried to order pizza hut but was told it was too far. Though we did find a local pizza restaurant that said they would deliver out to Lake Marion Resort. If you are looking to be in the Haines City area this is definitely a good find!Owner response: We welcome inquiries and rental requests any day, any time. Lake Marion Resort is a gated community for those of you who want to be reasonably close to the theme parks, have access to pools and tennis, and also be close to golf courses and other activities.

This was our first stay in a condo and I have to say that it was magnificent. It was beautiful, peaceful and clen. The condo came equipped with many things. You have a very beautiful condo. We have had the most amazing time here and wish to thank you for opening your home to us. We were most pleased to find that you had everything we needed here for our daughter. This was perfect because we drove here form Ontario and had no room to bring our own stroller and such!
