Newly remodelled condo, situated on 40 wooded acres on a ridge above the town of Grand Lake. Far ranging views of mountains and lakes, yet close enough to walk into town.
Ground floor condo, with air-lock entry, covered patio leading onto lawn accessible through glass doors, offering the most magnificent views. Although the condo is on the ground floor, access from the parking level is via steps.
Our complex offers convenience, peace and lots of space.
We regularly see moose, elk, fox and bears passing by. Watch the osprey soaring above!
The Rocky Mountain National Park is one mile from the complex and the National Forest is just behind us. The Golf Course is a few minutes away in summer, changing into a Nordic Ski area in winter.
The condo is subtly and very comfortably furnished accommodating up to 6 people, with 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a convertible sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is well equipped. The washer and dryer are housed in the kitchen.

We recommend this condo. the place was kept up nice, the master shower was very good. Fully equiped kitchen. (It had spices, oil, condiments that were available but did not use. I suspect left by others which is nice) Good TV which we did not watch much. Good view out the back where we read or hung out before dinner. Liked the ATV near by, rented a boat in Lake Grandby. At at the BBQ place and had a nice meal at the bistro in town. Nice hike going past Adams Falls for about a mile. Good 3 day trip.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We spent a July weekend in the condo and had a nice time. The place was spotless when we arrived. Newly renovated with pine doors and trim, the floors and carpet are new. The view of both lakes is super and we had wine in the late afternoon on the back patio, watching thunderstorms off in the distance. Just a minute drive to town and easy access to RMNP. Would highly recommend staying here when in Grand Lake. Owners are easy to work with as well.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The view was incredible and the amenities excellent. The condo was immaculate and we appreciated all the extras avaiable in the kitchen and bathrooms, including spices and condiments. We loved having coffee in the morning and wine at night on the patio overlooking the lake. We will definitely be back!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

Your condo was everything you said--and more! Views from the patio of Grand Lake & Shadow Mt. Lake were a beautiful backdrop for morning coffee & breakfast;late afternoon wine & cheese; reading; writing in our travel journal. The condo was very clean & well-stocked with everything we needed. Your neighbor was very helpful & also fun to talk to. He gave us many good hints about places to go, things to do. We loved the little town of Grand Lake and were glad we BEGAN our trip here. We did several hikes & realized the altitude really DID take some getting used to! The pontoon excursion around Grand Lake was fun & our guide was terrific! I enjoyed the Kauffman House Museum. If you only go to one store.....go to Humphrey's--it is amazing!!! We did some of our own cooking, but had good food experiences at The Fat Cat Cafe; "O"--a Bistro (really a unique "find"), & breakfast at the Sagebrush BBQ & Grill before leaving to go back to Estes Park.Highlight of our visit: sitting at a picnic table late one afternoon reading in the sun; heard "rustling noises"; assumed it was a person; looked up to see a huge MOOSE munching his way through the picnic area; then--a second MOOSE! WOW! We watched & took photos as they slowly ambled along. It doesn't get any better than THAT! We would definitely stay here again & really did NOT want to leave!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We had a great four days in Grand Lake area. The condo is obviously recently remodeled, extremely clean, very well equiped with everything you would need, and fabulous views from the back patio. A very peaceful and quiet complex with easy access to RMNP, the lakes, and town. The owners were great to work with and we will definately stay here again on our next visit to Grand Lake.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

Why the Owner Chose Grand Lake:
We bought this property because it offers winter and summer enjoyment - lots of activities in both seasons in the most picturesque setting, all within 2 hours drive of Denver.
The town of Grand Lake is very appealing and friendly, a real community rather than a resort.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The unit has all you need for a comfortable stay, in the most beautiful surroundings.
