The beautiful ocean views from this fifth floor luxury villa can be enjoyed from almost every room in the villa. This villa has been totally renovated and all furnishings are brand new with custom fabrics used throughout. Details of the renovations include crown molding, bead board from the foyer through the living area, beautifully framed windows and doors, tiled bathrooms, granite countertops in bathrooms and kitchen, detailed cabinetry and fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. When you enter the foyer your eyes will be drawn straight through the villa to the ocean views. To the right is the guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, wall mounted flat screen TV, carpeted floors, and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and single sink. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. Down the hall to the left is a fully equipped kitchen with pretty white cabinets, new appliances, large side by side refrigerator, and a deep sink. The granite counter between the kitchen and dining area offers three stools for additional seating for meals. The dining area with round glass top table has seating for five and opens to the living area. The main living area has tile flooring and comfortable seating on a large sofa, a reading chair, and an oversized club chair with ottoman. There is also a built in desk and WiFi internet access. Relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV with Blue Ray player. Through sliding glass doors in the living area you can step out onto the covered deck with wicker loveseat, table, and chair where you can enjoy the ocean breezes, watch the beachcombers, and escape.The master bedroom offers these same views of the beach through a wall of windows. This bedroom has a king size bed, TV in mirrored dresser, and a reading chair. The private master bathroom has a large double sink vanity area, a huge walk in shower with granite seat, rain shower and an additional shower head, and beautiful tile. The villa also has a washer and dryer located across from the kitchen. Windswept Villas are located on the East Beach of Kiawah. Enjoy an easy walk to the Night Heron Park, East Beach Village, Roy Barth Tennis facility, or The Sanctuary. Historic Charleston is only a 30 minute drive from the villa where you can have a carriage ride, visit boutique shops, walk through the open market, and enjoy dining in numerous restaurants located in the city. Rates are subject to change without notice prior to booking.A non-refundable $45 damage fee will be added to all reservations.An additional housekeeping fee will be added on stays of 3 nights or less.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cleaning ladies were very courteous and did an exceptional job of preparing the room (we arrived a bit early). They should be complimented for their politeness and professionalism. The furnace/air conditioner failed (turned off)the first day of our stay; I found the drip tray under the furnace was full of water and the sensor shut the A/C down. I drained some water each day of the week to keep the A/C going. The master bedroom ceiling fan shorted out at the base during the last night of our stay and blew sparks down onto bed. It also popped the breaker to the bedroom. I left a note to the maintenance crew addressing the above problems when we left.
