The Orlando / Disney area was an obvious choice for us, with a large extended family and having made several trips to Florida before making our purchasing decision. After visiting all of the developments in the area, Highlands Reserve was an easy choice. Its high quality homes and spacious layout make it probably the best development of its kind.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
In addition to the theme parks, we have easily managed to get to the Gulf Coast and Cape Canaveral as well as making use of the many excellent restaurants and shops in the Orlando / Disney area. We have even visited family in other US states using Florida as a base - on one occasion driving 1100 miles to Texas!

We had a fantastic family vacation last week. The villa was more than we could have ever asked for. It was great coming back from the parks relaxing by the pool and grilling up some food. We can't wait for our next trip.

Well I was very pleased with your house, but I am easily pleased! The true test is if the wife is happy with it ...and she was! Seriously the house was great and we all loved it. The pool was a great plus and the kids spent a great deal of time in it. The location is excellent because it’s literally in the middle of everything but at the end of the day it’s a quiet retreat. A week was too damn short!

We had an excellent time. Weather great - just what we needed mid-winter. Having a rental property ourselves, we know that it is useful to have feedback so, as requested: The house was fine, management no problems, and well cleaned prior to our arrival. The Highlands Reserve setting is peaceful and the golf excellent. The south-facing pool is ideal and we managed without heating it. The only two items that we missed that would have been handy were a tray for taking drinks outside and a squeezer for oranges. Overall its a nice property, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
