  Our family absolutely loved this place! Such a cozy place!!! It had everything we were looking for in a rental. We were able to enjoy the beautiful days on the beach and even crabs on the patio one evening. The ground level made it easily accessible to the beach and created a nice breeze with the doors open. Your portable high chair worked great for our daughter eating her lunch on the beach. We will be sure to rent from you in the future! Thanks for a great great mini vacation!!!!

  We have stayed in Constellation House for a number of years but this was the first time we were in this unit. The location is central to everything and has excellent beach access. The complex is quiet and filled with families. We had a great view of the fireworks Friday night! The photos are an accurate representation, the unit is clean and comfortable. The things we did not see in the photos were some of the extras including, numerous hooks to hang drying bathingsuits and a great stock of beach supplies! Julie is nice and was available to answer all our questions. It was a very enjoyable visit, thank you!

  When we arrived at this condo, it smelled terrible. Someone left dirty dishes in the dishwasher filled with water. The sliding glass door was not locked. (which we found out was broke) The screen door was off the track. (broke also). The sweeper had not been run. We ran it and had to empty it twice. The refrigerater was not clean, the toaster oven you could not see in it. The stove top was full of grease. The balcony was very tiny. All the furniture, pillows, and rugs smelled very musty. Maybe I should just say the only thing clean was the toilets and the oven. Im sure the people who stay after us would not agree because we cleaned it. We would never stay again.

  Owner response: This couple rented our condo the week after the hurricane hit Ocean City last year. Our condo is professionally cleaned after each stay, with the number of the cleaning company posted on the refigerator door. If there is anything that is unsatisfactory, it is up to the tenant to contact the cleaning company to get the issue resolved. Our unit has all new appliances, and they are all very clean. The sliding door and the screen door are both the responsibility of the Home Owners Association, and are replaced at regular intervals on the entire building at the same time. The lock on the slider is broken, but there is a security bar there to keep the door from being opened. The screen door is being replaced this year. It was not broken prior to rental season beginning last year. All of our other renters had a wonderful time and all great comments about our condo. I would not want the Childers family to rent from us again.

  This condo was exactly as described in the listing. It's a perfect size for 2 adults and has plenty of room for children as well. The buildings in front of this unit block the noise from Coastal Highway. It's just steps from the beach right out the front door. It's on the quieter end of OC, but still close to everything. The owner was easy to work with and very nice. She was even able to accommodate adding a day to our reservation with just a few days notice. Many of the other condo owners were very friendly when out and about around the condo. It made you feel very welcome.

  We stayed here on 9/12 thru 9/15. The place was exactly as advertised. Great location, close to everything. We would highly recommend this as an in or out of season location to stay. Beach a couple steps away with a lifeguard close by. We did use our car a few times but we really didn't need to, shops and activities we well within walking distance (I had hip surgery recently and can't walk so much yet). Lots of room to spread out. Julie was very easy to work with and extremely responsive. Payment was secure and hassle free. Good value for the price. Loved every minute of it!!!

  Hi, My family stayed a this nice little condo for a week this summer it was really close to the beach (open the door and your on the sand...). It is not huge but it is big enough for our 2 kids, my wife and I. We enjoyed the location wich is close to Mackie's, Seacrets, Candie Kitchen, convenience stores etc. you can walk to a lot of services that are close by. The beach in front of the condo is huge and very nice, big waves and a lot of fun for the kids (and me), no need to get up a 7 to reserve your spot. To go to the boardwalk we took the bus (1$ each) no need to take your car (a lot easier). We also went to Asseatague Island to see the wild horses and the beautifull beach, it's very close only a few minutes drive. ---(French)-- Bonjour, Nous avons eu la chance de passé une très belle semaine de vacances dans ce jolie petit condo qui est très bien emménagé et juste assez grand pour une famille de 4 personnes. L'emplacement est idéal, on ouvre la porte patio et on pose les pieds dans le sable. Martin

  My family has vacationed three times at this condominium. It is at a great location and is located on the ground floor. This unit is a perfect place for children. You can leave the boogie boards, chairs, and umbrellas right on the patio and walk in to a cool comfortable unit. The updated kitchen appliances give you the convenience of home. There is also full size washer/dryer. My family has some great times here and plans to go back!

  What a great place and even better location!!! Ground floor condo is just steps from the beach... grab your towel and cooler and walk right out!!! Forgot something - no problem, just a quick jog back to Constellation House... Walking distance to Seacrets, Mackeys, and everything else that we love in OC. Perfect for our group of 4. If you come to the beach to sit in your room - this isn't the place for you. If you need a clean, comfortable, affordable home base for exploring OC, you won't find a better value anywhere. The Ullman family is the best!

1/2 of the weekly rent is due at the time reservation is made. The balance is due 3 weeks before your vacation begins.

Please send a self-addressed stamped envelope if you want your security deposit check returned.

Ocean City tax 10.5 % not included in rates listed.

Cleaning fee of $50 charged for stay of less than 7 days/nights. Excessive cleaning or repair fees will be deducted from security deposit.
