This home is a non-smoking, 2800 square foot home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bath house located on Boone Lake, in Gray, Tennessee. The home is just minutes from shopping and great activities for all ages. The minute you walk into the house you will feel like you are on vacation. The house is 60 feet from the water with 155 feet of shoreline. Swim, fish all from the private dock area.
The lower deck has a hottub that over looks the lake. Your family will enjoy cooking out on the 2 gas grills. There is plenty of outdoor living area to enjoy a great cook out on the lake. Whether you're enjoying the hot tub, pool table and foosball, or any of the lake and area activities, this is the spot for family fun. This house is great for those families that want to be right on the water for fishing, swimming and boating.
The house is spread over 2 levels. The top level has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath. The main level has a open room combination of the kitchen, dining and living area. The master bedroom has a King bed and full bath. The 4th bedroom includes a Queen bed, The 5th bedroom has a queen bed. The lower level has a full bathroom with washer and dryer.The kids will have a great time playing on the paddle boat and swimming from the dock.
This home has plenty of parking for a boat trailer if you bring your own boat or Jetski. Or you can rent a boat at one of the local marinas and park it at the dock during your stay.
