Looking for seasonal renters from JANUARY 2014 to MARCH 2014
This gorgeous, newly-built lakefront luxury cottage is perfect for either one large family or 2-3 smaller families. Each room has a stunning view of Lac Marois, a beautiful lake in Ste-Anne-Des-Lacs, located only 10 minutes from St-Sauveur-des-Monts (and 45 minutes from Montreal!).
For the eco-conscious, our home was built with bamboo and cork floors, LED lighting, geothermal heating and a high-efficiency wood fireplace.
For the fun-conscious, we have a huge basement playroom and bunk-bedroom for kids, a family-sized steam shower, satellite TV and hi-speed WIFI.
In the summer, spend your days at the water on our 2 docks or in our various boats (kayak, canoe, Laser sailboat, windsurfer). In the evening, relax in our screened-in porch with a glass of wine and a BBQ'd steak!
In the winter, you're only 10 minutes from skiing, dining or shopping in St-Sauveur. If cross-country skiing is your thing, there are trails right outside the door. Or just have a walk, a skate or a snowshoe on the lake.

The Miller chalet is amazing from top to bottom! It is just perfect for large families with children. We had great communication with the owners and our expectations were more than exceeded. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. The chalet was super cozy but everyone had enough space that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We'll be back for sure!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I had the pleasure of renting this home just after the Christmas holidays and the whole house was beautiful from top to bottom. It is nicely finished and fully equipped. The perfect size for our family who like to be together but also enjoy relaxing in our own space. Whether it was going for a walk in the woods, skating on the lake or reading a book by the fire, everyone in the family had a great time. It really was a perfect setting for our family holiday. We hope to make it back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed a New Year's celebration at this gorgeous property ... it boasts all the comforts of a well appointed city home in a beautiful scenic setting. They've truly thought of everything from bedrooms with brand new beds and bedding to a large open concept main floor that keeps relaxing, eating and socializing all in one light filled space. The basement is great for kids ... a big shared bunk room, fun steam shower and even satellite TV. Can't wait for our booked week this Summer!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose St-Sauveur-des-Monts:
Lac Marois is one of the most prestigious lakes in the Laurentians, most notably for its proximity to Montreal and St-Sauveur. The original lakefront home on the property had been in our family for over 20 years. A few years ago, my 3 brothers and I hired an architect to design a new home to accommodate our growing families. The mandate was to build an eco-friendly luxury home while still maintaining a 'cottage-like' feeling. We are all thrilled with the results: a bright, beautiful, kid-friendly home that we are delighted to be offering up to other families for rental.
The Unique Benefits at this Chateau / Country House:
Our lakefront property is regarded as one of the finest on Lac Marois, with stunning sunsets streaming through our windows every evening. In terms of the house itself, we feel that it incorporates the best of open-concept living with beautiful nooks for more private relaxation. And we have the best water trampoline on the lake!
