Chite is a small village in the mountains south from Granada and is situated in a valley called the Valley of Happiness (Valle de Lecrin or Valle de Alegria). The place is surrounded by mountains (the Alpujarras)and has the most spectacular views. The place is convenient situated on a 20 miles distance from Granada as well as 20 miles from Motril (the coast). The nearest international airport is Granada (30 miles) or Malaga (100 miles). The house in which you stay can easily accommodate four people (up to six). It is situated in the upper part of the village. It has a large hallway, two bedrooms and one bathroom en suite on the ground floor; a large living room with open kitchen and a smaller showerroom on the first floor. It is furnished in a comfortable way, with a tasteful mixture of old and modern furniture and with a surprising Moorish bathroom. The living room has a nice fireplace and a cozy sitting-corner. One can fully enjoy the view from the two large terraces. Total capacity is four to six people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with twin beds; one futon as a spare bed (1m30 in width). Surface:130 square meters (1399 square feet). Also available for short or long term rent, special conditions on request.
