This two bedroom, two bath, Penthouse Apartment has a direct view of the water with direct access to Stump Pass and the rest of the Gulf of Mexico. A two hundred acre eagle preserve greets you on the other side of the water. There's a junior olympic heated pool and a hot tub for your evenings watching the sunset over Stump Pass. People come from all over the world to see the sunsets in West Florida.
Inside the apartment you'll find beautiful hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, granite Countertops with a completely modern/contemporary look that will make you feel at home during your stay. About the owner: My name is Ace Collins, I'm a 50 year old man with 30 years of remodeling experience. I bought this condo because when I saw it, I saw a vision that you'll be able to enjoy.
Why the Owner Chose Placida:
This location is without a doubt the most beautiful place on the west coast of Florida. I call it Placida Paradise. Sarasota is great, but that's where the huge crowds are. Come to Placida, and really get a relaxing vacation that doesn't involve the tourist feel.
